The invention relates to agricultural production, and more specifically to devices for automation of irrigation. The device comprises a container with inlet and outlet openings located in the saddle over the outlet valve with the rod and attached to the float rod. Under the saddle valve installed subvalvular camera with additional saddle located coaxially with the main and the possibility of overlap of the two outlets one valve. Subvalvular chamber is connected by a tubular channel with adoplafam space capacity. Inside the rubber valve in its upper and lower ends of the installed hard plates interconnected by a rod. The invention relates to agricultural production, and more specifically to devices for automation of irrigation.

A similar device is the tank with automatic water release. However, the presence of two nodes valve seal and an elastic disk in it makes the device a little reliable for slow filling of water, and nkiye requirements for the design of the reservoir [1].

The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a device for automatic batch issuance of a liquid containing vessel with inlet and outlet openings located in the saddle over the outlet valve with the rod and attached to the stem of the float.

A disadvantage of this device is cumbersome and, as a consequence, a large consumption [2].

The technical result from the use of the claimed invention is to simplify designs and reduce material consumption.

The technical result is achieved in that the device for automatic batch issuance of a liquid containing vessel with inlet and outlet openings located in the saddle over the outlet valve with the rod and attached to the float rod, under the saddle valve installed subvalvular camera with additional saddle located coaxially with the main and the possibility of overlap of the two outlets one valve, with subvalvular chamber is connected by a tubular channel with adoplafam space capacity. The proposed device operates as follows.

During filling of the container 1 from the feed pipe 2 with an adjustable valve 3, the rod 6 is in the down position, and the rubber valve 4 closes both of the outlet seat 5, 10. As the filling level of liquid in the tank 1 is gradually rises to the height of the tubular channel 11, and the fluid begins to flow through the tubular channel 11 in subvalvular Kam is and the walls of the valve 4 and in conjunction with the lifting force of the float 7 pushes the valve from the core 5 and an additional 10 seats, and the float 7 POPs up. Thus, the proposed device can simplify the design by eliminating one of the float and stopper mechanism, shortening the stem and reduce consumption.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical casing with inlet and outlet openings. Cylindrical casing has threaded covers and body. Valve and elastic cuff are movably positioned inside cavity of cylindrical casing. Apparatus is further equipped with additional cuff. Main and additional cuffs are provided with orifices. Valve is made in the form of concavo-concave lens arranged in spherical belt. Valve is manufactured from material having density smaller than density of water, in particular, valve may be made from cork of 0.2-0.3 t/m3 density. Valve is arranged in casing between cuffs and is adapted for alternating contacting through cuffs with projections oppositely arranged inside casing cavity. Projections are made in the form of spherical segments, with radius of spheres of segments being smaller than radius of spheres of concavo-concave valve lens.
