The invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular the production of rubber compounds used for the manufacture of products for various purposes, including acoustic coatings. The rubber mixture comprises the following components, wt.h. (100 hours weight rubber: rubber butadiene-nitrile brand-BNKS-40 AM, AMN - 100,00, thiuram “D”, 1,50, NN'dithiodimorpholine - 2,00, sulfenamid “C” - 2.00, naphthas-2 - 1,50, deafen-OP - 1,00, zinc - 5,00, rosin - 5,00, chalk of MOR, MMS-1 - 30,00, carbon black P-701 - 55,00, carbon black P-514 - 20.00, dibutyl - 15,00. The technical result consists in the improvement of physical and mechanical properties. table 1.

Known rubber mixtures based on different rubbers. For example, a rubber compound based on unsaturated rubber, including sulfur, vulcanization accelerator, zinc white, stearic acid, a filler and an antioxidant. The mixture additionally contains tetrahydrate 2,2’,6,6’- Tenno rubber 100; sulfur 0.5 to 2.5; the vulcanization accelerator is 0.7 to 4.5; zinc white - 5; stearic acid 1-3; filler - 30-80; antioxidant 1-5; tetrahydrate 2,2’, 6,6’ tetramethylpiperidinyloxy or its N-oxide radical - 0,2-2,5 (SU # 1510325 from 15.01.90 year).

Also known rubber compound composition, wt.h.: the caoutchouc ckmc-30-apkm 15-100; sulfur 1,7-2,5; zinc oxide 4-6; Altex 1,9-2,3; diphenylguanidine 0,4-0,8; stearic acid 1,2-1,7; carbon 30-50, chlorinated amoxiline with soderzhanie chlorine 14-17 wt.% epoxy number of 3.5-3-8 (SU # 2052472 from 15.01.90 year).

Known rubber based on butadiene-nitrile rubber (SKN-18) including fillers, vulcanization activators, vulcanization accelerators, softeners, dispersing agents and sulfur (possibly the introduction of other special additives). /Fedyukin D. Famous oil-resistant rubber composition based on butadiene-nitrile rubber containing sulfur, altax, zinc white, stearin, carbon black, dibutylsebacate or dibutyl phthalate. It further comprises sulfenamid, acetonyl, stabilizers, dianilide (4-phenylaminopropyl) thiophosphorous acid (B-25) and 2,4,6 three (dibutylamino) phenol (M-9) is wifename "C" - 3,00-3,50; stearin - 1,20-1,50; intercompany resin - 3,00-3,50; zinc white - 3,00-5,00; dibutylsebacate - 12,00-15,00; carbon black - 50,00-55,00; acetonyl - 1,00; thermo stabilizer B - 0,50 -1,00; thermo stabilizer M-9 - 0,50-1,00 (SU # 99115077).

Known rubber mixture based on butadiene-nitrile rubber containing nitrile of acrylic acid 17-23 wt.%, including sulfur, zinc oxide, carbon black P with specific geometric surface 12-18 m2/g stearic acid. It further comprises N,N’-diphenylguanidine, di-(2-benzothiazolyl)disulfide, aldol-naphtylamine, N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)naphtylamine-2,N (1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N’-phenylenediamine-1,4, dibutyl phthalate, ultradispersed diamond powder (UDAG) in the following ratio, wt.h: nitrile butadiene rubber containing nitrile of acrylic acid 17-23 wt.% is 100.00; sulfur - 2,45-to 2.65; N,N’-diphenylguanidine - 0,20-0,30; di-(2-benzothiazolyl)disulfide 2,60-2,80; zinc oxide - 7,40-7,60; aldol-naphtylamine - 3,80-4,20; N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)naphtylamine-2 - 0,90-1,10; N-(1.3-dimethylbutyl)-N’-phenylenediamine-1,4 - 0,80-1,20; carbon P with specific geometric surface 12-18 m2/g - 128-132; stearic acid - 0,80-0,20; dibutyl - 18,0-22,0; ultrafine diamond pot rubber compound with improved physical and mechanical indicators.

This object is achieved in that the rubber mixture, characterized in that includes the following ratio of components, wt.h. (100 hours weight of rubber):

New is the new combination of known components used in various rubber mixtures and their new proportion that allows to obtain a technical result.

According to the applicant this rubber compound is unknown, and it is possible to draw a conclusion about conformity of the invention to condition patentability of “novelty.”

As stated set of essential features showing the new property, which allows to obtain the change of the quantitative outcome measures, and iesti can be concluded according to the invention, the condition of patentability “inventive step”.

Obtaining the inventive rubber mixture is carried out in industrial conditions in the following sequence.

Pre-prepare the uterine mixture of the following composition per 100 wt.h. rubber: rubber butadiene-nitrile brand - BNKS-40 AMN, AM, 100; N-thenineteen-2 - 1,50; N-isopropyl-N’-phenylenediamine-1,4 - 1,00; zinc white 5,00; chalk of MOR, MMS-1 30,00; carbon black P-701 2,00; dibutyl 7,00.

Make fallopian mix in the following order:

1. Carry out the planting of rubber, butadiene-nitrile brand - BNKS-40 AMS, AM on a roll.

2. Introducing zinc White, N-thenineteen-2, N-isopropyl-N’-phenylenediamine-1,4.

3. Enter a Chalk of MOR, MMS-1 parts, dibutylphthalate, carbon black P-701.

4. Produce section.

5. Cool rolls rollers.

Make the rubber mixture in the following sequence:

1. Make landing on a roll masterbatches.

2. Given N-cyclohexylbenzothiazole 2 tetramethyldisilazane.

3. Enter 1/2 of carbon black P-701; carbon black P-514, rosin.

4. Enter 1/2 of carbon black P-701; dibutyl phthalate.

5. Assistace mixture on a roll.

8. Enter NN’ dithiodimorpholine.

9. Shall pass to the thin gap (3 times).

10. Perform the cut.

Vulcanization is carried out on the presses of continuous action.

Rubber nitrile butadiene BNKS-40 AM, AMN (TU 38.30313-98); tetramethyldisilazane (GOST 740-76)-thiuram-D; N-phenylnaphthylamine-2-naphthas-2 (GOST 39-79); N-isopropyl-N’-phenylenediamine-1,4-deafen-OP (TU 2492-002-05761637-99); zinc white (GOST 202-84); rosin (GOST 19113-84); chalk of MOR, MMS-1 (GOST 12085-88); carbon black P-701 (GOST 7885-86); carbon black P-514 (GOST 7885-86); N-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamid-C (TU 113-00-057616376-02-95); NN’ dithiodimorpholine (TU 6-14-321-79); dibutyl phthalate (GOST 8728-88).

Analysis of the data given in the table shows that the proposed rubber mixture according to the invention has a better performance on measures: conditional tensile strength, elongation at break and relative residual deformation. Given the above, according to applicant's invention meets the condition of patentability “industrial applicability”.
