The invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular the production of rubber compounds used for the manufacture of products for various purposes, such as plates for acoustic coatings. The rubber mixture comprises the following components, wt.h (100 hours weight rubber: synthetic rubber butadiene-styrene brand CWR-18 - 70,00; rubber CIS-isoprene brand SKI-3 - 30,00; acetonyl-R - 2,00; sulfur - 2,00; 2,2'-dibenzothiazyl-disulfide - 0,80; diphenylguanidine - 0,80; zinc white - 5,00; stearin - 1,00; resin styrolene-indene - 7,00; rosin - 3,00; carbon black P-514 - 26,60; carbon black P-803 - 40,00; factis - 15,00. The technical result consists in the improvement of physical-mechanical indicators with sufficient strength rubber compound. table 1.

Known rubber based on butadiene-nitrile rubber (SKN-18), including fillers, vulcanization activators, vulcanization accelerators, softeners, the logical properties of rubbers. M.: Chemistry, 1985, S. 217/.

This improves the processing properties of the rubber compound (plasticity, spiritualist and others) and technical parameters of rubber from this mixture (strength characteristics, malebestiality). However, the rubber of this mixture have low performance hardiness.

Known rubber mixture based on butadiene-nitrile rubber containing carbon black 11803, stearic acid (SU 1700019 A1, 1991).

Known rubber compound based on a synthetic isoprene rubber, including sulfur, zinc oxide, a vulcanization accelerator, N-isopropyl-N’-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine, carbon black, softener, stearic acid, modifier, and as accelerator 2-mercaptobenzthiazole, softener - rosin and rubrics, modifier - molecular complex of resorcinol and hexamethylenetetramine - RU-1 and further comprises a phenyl-naphtylamine, butyl rubber and polyvinyl chloride in the following ratio, wt.h:

synthetic isoprene rubber - 86,3-89,7; butyl rubber - 4-6; polyvinyl chloride and 6.3 to 7.7; sulfur - 3,5; zinc oxide - 52; mercaptobenzthiazole to 0.3; N-isopropyl-N’-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine-1 phenyl-naphtylamine-1; carbon - 55; rosin - .

Famous oil-resistant rubber composition based on butadiene-nitrile rubber containing sulfur, altax, zinc white, stearin, carbon black, dibutylsebacate or dibutyl phthalate. It further comprises sulfenamid, acetonyl, stabilizers, dianilide (4-phenylaminopropyl) thiophosphorous acid (B-25) and 2,4,6 three(dibutylamino)phenol (M-9) in the following ratio of ingredients, wt. h: NBR - 100,00; sulfur - 1,80-2,00; Altex - 1,30-1,50; sulfenamid "C" - 3,00-3,50; stearin - 1,20-1,50; intercompany resin - 3,00-3,50; zinc white - 3,00-5,00; dibutylsebacate - 12,00-15,00; carbon black - 50,00-55,00; acetonyl - 1,00; thermo stabilizer B - 0,50-1,00; thermo stabilizer M-9 - 0,50-1,00 (SU 99115077).

Known rubber mixture based on butadiene-nitrile rubber containing nitrile of acrylic acid 17-23 wt.%, including sulfur, zinc oxide, carbon black P with specific geometric poverhnosti 12-18 m2/g stearic acid. In the claimed invention, the aim was to obtain a rubber compound with such characteristics, which will allow you to use products in different conditions, namely with improved physical-mechanical properties at sufficient strength.

This object is achieved in that the rubber mixture, characterized in that includes the following ratio of components, wt. h (100 hours weight of rubber):

New is the new combination of known components used in various rubber compounds, and their new proportion, which allows to obtain a technical result, expressed in the increase in the adhesion properties with sufficient durability of the rubber. According to the applicant, this compound is unknown and it is possible to draw a conclusion about conformity of the invention to condition patentability of “novelty.”

As stated set of essential features showing the new property, which allows to obtain the change of the quantitative outcome measures, i.e. improved physical and mechanical properties of this rubber compound compared with the known compound (see table), we can conclude according to the invention, the condition of patentability “inventive step”.

Obtaining the inventive rubber mixture is carried out in industrial conditions in the following sequence:

1. Carry out the dissolution of the rubber CWR-18, SKI-3.

2. Enter oligomer 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, zinc, factis.

3. Injected carbon black P-514, rosin, stearin.

6. Cut the mixture on cooling.

7. Carry out the planting mixture on a roll.

8. Introducing sulfur.

9. Shall pass to the thin gap.

10. Cut the mixture.

Main material: rubber SKI-3 (GOST 14925-79); synthetic rubber is the best choice CWR-18 (TU 38. 103346-96); technical sulfur natural ground. grade 999 5,9990, class 1, 2 (GOST 127.4-96); zinc white BC-1, BCA, Bcom (GOST 202-84); 2,2’-dibenzothiazyl-disulfide (GOST 7087-75); diphenylguanidine (TU 6-22-05763441-84-9.3); acetonyl-R - oligomer 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline (TU 6-02-1116-82); stearic acid (GOST 6484-96); resin styrolene-indene (TU 14-6-89-73); rosin (GOST 19113-84); carbon technical (GOST 7885-8b); mark P-514, mark P-803; factis (TU 38.106257-79).

The rubber mixture is prepared in the mill, the temperature of the rolls roller before mixing no more than 60 seconds. Curing mode samples for determination of physico-mechanical parameters: time, minutes - 203; temperature, 1513; the pressure on the mold, MPa (kgf/cm2) - 7,50,5.

Analysis of the data given in the table shows that the proposed rubber mixture according to the invention has better results indicators: elongation e corresponds to the condition of patentability “industrial applicability”.
