The connection of ceiling panels in the car

The invention relates to a building. The connection of ceiling panels in the car contains the item (1) with the gripping element and the cover (2) flared (3) interacting with the specified gripping element. The flared panels made in the form of semi-cylindrical spacer element, locked in a counter-directional gripping element made with the Board, in parallel to which parts (1) fixed number of planirovoki. The gripping element has a clearance of not less than the thickness of the sheet for engagement panel overboard gripping element. The invention improves reliability and simplifies installation. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 3 ill.

The claimed technical solution relates to the building, in particular to the ceiling of the passenger cars.

Known for “the Inner lining of the ceiling vault of passenger carriage (GDR patent No. 158221, 61 D 17/18 declared 13.04.1981,), where the vaulted part of the ceiling fixed in the bottom of the H-shaped groove facing the wall, in the middle part of the Z-shaped holders, which are connected to the fixed panel and the upper edge of the fixed panel is connected with the adjacent panel terminal strip (layout) on the screws.

Known design does not exclude dopolnitelnye for giving the presentation must be done accurately, what complicates the installation of the ceilings.

The closest technical solution adopted for the prototype) is “Sewing padmaloka marine areas” (ed. C. the USSR №653165, 63 In 3/68, 63 In 29/02, declared 14.11.1977 g) containing the batten ceilings with removable panels. Each of the removable panels are made with a trough-shaped profile cross-section with curved flanges and emphasis, and with a spring latch for fastening the panel to the lathing.

This design has significant disadvantages, not allowing its application in rail vehicles, such as passenger cars are subjected during operation vibration when driving, bumps and shocks while coupling cars. Elastic non-rigid attachment of the panels to the frame bottom spring latch prevents movement of the panels in the horizontal and vertical planes from jolts and bumps. Flat flange panel, fixed spring latch may withdraw from the engagement and the panel will fall. In addition, the spring latch is a separate element that increases the range of parts and complicates the Assembly of the connection.

The objective of the proposal is to improve the operational reliability of the ceilings and the simplification of their MES what bortovoy, interacting with the specified gripping element. What's new is that the flared panels made in the form of semi-cylindrical spacer element, locked in a counter-directional gripping element made with the Board, in parallel to which parts fixed number of planirovoki, and the gripping element has a clearance of not less than the thickness of the sheet for engagement panel overboard gripping element.

In addition, planirovka can be performed with the foot to facilitate entry of the flange into the gripping element.

The technical result is the following.

Execution flanging panel in the form of semi-cylindrical spacer element, locked in a counter-directional gripping element, will increase the reliability of connection of the panels when exposed to vibration and shock loads of the car.

Having feet on planirovke option connect the horizontal and inclined panels will facilitate the input of flanging in gripping element.

Having feet on planirovke option connect the horizontal ceiling panels will provide a fastening panel to the frame.

The execution of the gripping element with the Board, in parallel to which parts fixed number of planirovoki, will facilitate the connection of the lengths of planirovkoj and elastic properties of the material of the panels and planirovoki.

The execution of a gripping element with mounting clearance of not less than the thickness of the sheet will provide the connection between panels.

The accompanying drawings depict:

in Fig.1 connection of ceiling panels, top view;

in Fig.2 - section a-a in Fig.1 (option connect the horizontal and sloping ceiling panels);

in Fig.option 3: connect the horizontal ceiling panels with each other and with the frame (cut).

The connection of ceiling panels in the car (option connect the horizontal and sloping ceiling panels) contains the 1 with the gripping element and the panel 2 flared 3 (Fig.2).

The gripping element is made with a flange 4, in parallel to which parts 1 sets forth the number of planirovoki 5, and has a mounting gap 6 is not less than the thickness of the sheet panel 2 to lock her overboard gripping element.

Frame 3 made in the form of semi-cylindrical spacer element, which is locked in the counter sent him pick up the item details 1.

Planirovka 5 in this embodiment is made with the leg 7 needed to facilitate entry of the flange 3 in the gripping element.

In a variant of the connection of several horizontal ceiling panels between them (Fig. 3) connection details 1 the panel is increased by subsequent panels. Panel 2 flared 3 is a connecting part with respect to that of the next panel 8. It is equipped with a gripping element, which interacts frame 3 panel 8. Gripping element and frame similar to that described above.

In this embodiment, planirovka part 1 has no legs, because the input flanging in gripping element facilitates the frame 12, and planirovka 5 panel 2 is made with a 7 foot by which the panel 2 is attached to the frame 12.

The sequence of installation of the ceiling panels in the car.

On the wall 9 is fixed screw 10 item 1 with the gripping element. Panel 2 flared 3 made in the form of semi-cylindrical spacer element in a vertical position leans flared 3 foot 7 planirovki 5 gripping element part 1 (Fig.2) or to the frame 12 (Fig.3) and it goes down. While the panel 2 slides flared 3 on the surface 11 and engages, through the mounting gap 6, overboard 4 in a counter-directional gripping element. Then the free edge of the panel 2 is turned relative to the gripping element part 1 is fully inserted in the frame by fixing the flange 3 around the a number of planirovoki 5 and is fixed on the frame. In a variant of the connection of the horizontal and to the wall 9.

In a variant of the connection of the horizontal ceiling panels (Fig.3) panel 2 is fixed on the frame 12 by 7 feet of planirovki 5 and screw 13. The installation of the following horizontal panels are manufactured in the same sequence.
