The invention relates to the oil industry, namely, devices, providing enhanced oil recovery in the wells by creating hydraulic pressure pulses in the well. Improves the efficiency of hydrodynamic stimulation due to the stability and controllability of the created hydraulic pulses. The inventive device consists of a drive unit, made in the form of a helical screw mechanism. Its stator has an internal helical teeth. The rotor includes external helical teeth. There is a flow interrupter comprising a valve associated with the rotor, and cap with orifice for flow of liquid. The valve is connected with the plug by means of a shaft installed inside the stub. The device is powered mechanism consisting of a lever rigidly connected with the shaft, and a follower connected to the rotor, the cap has an additional storywise opening for flow of liquid cross-section of smaller cross-section bore hole, and located relative to the bore hole and the valve so that during rotation of the valve storywise hole remains TCI>/p>

A device for creating a hydraulic pressure pulses in the well (See. kN. Gadiev C. M. the Use of vibration in oil. - M.: Nedra, 1977, S. 50, Fig.27).

The known device comprises a drive unit, the flow interrupter and the reference node. The drive unit includes a fixed stator and a movable rotor. Attached to the lower end of the column tubing, the stator is cylindrical and has on the side surface of the longitudinal slot is made inclined with respect to the generatrix of the cylindrical surface. The stator is supported by bearings reference node hollow tubular rotor also having a lateral surface of the longitudinal slot, inclined generatrix of the rotor in the opposite direction with respect to the slots of the stator. When the supply of washing fluid, the rotor rotates relative to the stator, the stator slots periodically overlap the inner surface of rollbase pressure, passed into the annulus and impinges on the layer.

Known downhole hydraulic pulsator has a high frequency hydraulic pulsations. Work known pulsator is only possible on commercially pure liquids. The wear of the rotor and stator when exposed to the high velocity of the fluid and the high values of variations of the pulsating pressure leads to a deterioration of the energy characteristics of the drive unit and to reduce the magnitude of the pressure pulsations generated by the flow interrupter.

The closest to the technical nature of the claimed solution is a device for creating a hydraulic pressure pulses in the well (see RF patent № 2151265, CL E 21 In 28/00, 08.09.1998).

The said device includes a drive unit made in the form of a helical screw mechanism, the stator of which has an internal helical teeth, and the rotor includes external helical teeth for engagement with the helical teeth of the stator, the breaker of the flow valve associated with the rotor, the cover with a hole for the passage of fluid and a sub to connect the device with the column pipe.

However, this device has the following disadvantage.

In a known device and loads the device upper part of the rotor in the direction of flow of the liquid is pressed against the rubber lining of the stator in the area of pole engagement (the area of the convex-concave contact of the teeth), and the lower part of the rotor tends to move away from the plates of the stator in the direction of convex-concave contact of the teeth, resulting in a planetary motion of the rotor are imposed motion of conical shape, relative displacement is rigidly connected with the rotor of the valve and rigidly connected with the stator plugs become chaotic, they turned to each other flat surface lose their parallelism, the value gap by overlapping holes, and accordingly the hydraulic characteristics of the generated pulses have a random character, and this phenomenon is exacerbated as wear rubber plates of the stator. The objective of the invention is improving the efficiency of hydrodynamic stimulation due to the stability and controllability of the created hydraulic impulses.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the device for creating a hydraulic pressure pulses in the well containing the drive unit, made in the form of a helical screw needle thread, including a valve associated with the rotor, and cap with orifice for flow of liquid, a valve connected with the plug by means of a shaft installed inside the stub, while the device is equipped with a drive mechanism consisting of a lever rigidly connected with the shaft, and a follower connected to the rotor, and cap has an additional storywise opening for flow of liquid cross-section of smaller cross-section bore hole, and located relative to the bore hole and the valve so that during rotation of the valve storywise hole remains open throughout the range of rotation angle of the damper, in which it blocks the penetration hole.

The device contains a sub 1 for connection with the column pipe, the drive unit comprising a stator 2 and rotor 3 with the plunger 4, the abutments 5 and ball 6, the breaker flow with the cover 7 with reduced and storeroom B holes provided in the stub shaft 8 with a fixed lead 9 and the valve 10 are clamped to the face planes of the stub spring 11. In the housing 12, the cover is fixed with fastening elements 13.

An advantage of the claimed device known before is:

- reliable overlap bandwidth holes and direction of flow of fluid through storywise eye;

- the ability to accurately regulate and control the parameters of the hydraulic pulses (amplitude and frequency) in a wide range of pre - (before descending into the well) establish the necessary flow area storyreader holes and the current (in the well) varying the flow rate.

Claims

Device for creating a hydraulic pressure pulses in the well containing the drive unit, made in the form of a helical screw mechanism, the stator of which has an internal helical teeth, and the rotor includes external helical teeth, the flow interrupter comprising a valve associated with the rotor and cap with orifice for flow of liquid, characterized in that the damper is connected with the plug by means of a shaft installed inside the stub, while the device is equipped with a drive mechanism consisting of a lever rigidly connected with the shaft, and a follower connected to the rotor, and cap has advanced the CSOs regarding bore holes and flaps thus, when the rotation of the valve storywise hole remains open throughout the range of rotation angle of the damper, in which it blocks the penetration hole.

SUBSTANCE: vibrator has body with inlet and outlet channels and rotor with blades, supported by bearing. A valve is mounted in body, made with slits and bottom with apertures in middle portion. Valve is mounted in body on thread with possible axial displacement. Rotor with blades and apertures in bottom is mounted on bearing in axial channel of valve. Slits of valve are made lower than rotor mounting position, to feed liquid into well, bypassing the valve, and above rotor position, with possible feeding of liquid into valve onto rotor blades after its axial displacement. Axial channel of valve is covered by lid with rod, with possible insertion thereof into rotor axial channel. Valve drive in the body is limited by transfer pipe at lower portion.
