The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular, to devices for preventing the formation of asphalt-maloperation deposits (ARPD) in the tubing of the well and can be used to improve the operating parameters of the well and increase its masochisthalo period. Scratcher-centralizer contains formed on the rod housing cylindrical shape with a conical surfaces on the ends. When downhole installations column rod performs cyclic reciprocating motion inside the column tubing (tubing), accompanied by a deterioration of pipes and rods and deposition of paraffin in wells, complicated asphalt-maloperation sediments. To reduce the wear rate of the tubing, rods and sucker rod couplings and struggle with the deposition of paraffin in wells, complicated ASPO proposed a large number of different devices: rod centralizers, protectors, guides, stabilizers, scrapers, scrapers-centralizers. All designs in varying degrees, the center column of bars inside the tubing and have a protective function.

The known structure of the centralizer with direct channels for the passage of fluid, consisting of two halves that are held on the rod by the force of friction [1].

The main shortcoming of clamp for rod - the complexity of the structure during manufacturing and operation, a relatively large hydraulic resistance, as well as the incomplete overlap of the inner powernp rods, ensuring full coverage of the internal cavity of the tubing and reducing the hydraulic resistance during operation of the scraper-centralizer.

The purpose of the invention is achieved by use of a scraper-clamp containing formed on the rod housing cylindrical shape with a conical surfaces at the ends, is made of a polymer material provided inextricably linked by edges with beveled ends and arranged at an angleto the axis of the rod with the release of its side and a conical surface and forming channels, and it is made with the possibility of deflection of fluid flow in the channels at the same angle in both directions of rotation about the axis of the rod to ensure neutralization of the resulting torques on Skrepka-centralizer when the reciprocating movement of the column bars by performing ribs mirrored relative to the transverse plane with the formation of a transverse section of a cruciform shape and continue nearest to the center of the ends of the ribs at an angle 180-to the axis of the rod.

SUBSTANCE: body of device is made in form of bushing of elastic material. Device additionally has transverse bars spaced along circle in amount no less than three, mounted in such a way relatively to bushing, that outward displacement thereof causes increase of inner passing diametric protector size, and having clamps providing for possible connection of external detachers to it, forming said displacement. Bushing and bars are provided with mutual fixing elements, preventing possibility of their relative displacement after assembling. Clamps are placed on bars within range of portions of their mutual axial overlapping with bushing, and in the latter channels are made, providing for possible connection of detachers thereto. Clamps are made on portions of bars, extending beyond bushing limits, bars are fixed in longitudinal grooves made on inner surface of bushing. Each bar has at least one boss, which is deepened into radial aperture of bushing, connecting to outer surface thereof. Clamp is made in form of threaded aperture in the boss. Bars ends extend beyond bushing ends and have shape providing for possible mounting thereof during mounting of device on drilling pipe in appropriate longitudinal grooves of hollow, made on the latter. Bars are pressed into body with possible connection of clamps to detachers.

EFFECT: higher reliability, broader functional capabilities.
