Trailers for passenger cars. - M.: Transport, 1979, Fig.58, page 66), which consists of two hydraulic shock absorbers unilateral actions connected with the trailer hitch of the vehicle and the trailer drawbar bystrorastvorimami ball joints. In General, the present design is similar to the above, and therefore, the shortcomings of their kind.

Therefore, the aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the spatial damping of oscillations by pricebest rotational motion of the installed sleeve, interacting with their end surfaces with washers, one of which is rigidly fixed to the shaft, and the other placed on it is movable in its longitudinal plane and is spring-loaded relative to the last compression spring, and the sleeve on the periphery provided with two through holes, which are movably cylindrical rods, the spring also compression springs on their front parts, the latter being separately pivotally connected to one of the pair of ball head trailer hitch of the vehicle. At the same time, the end surface of the sleeve and the inner surface of its holes are covered with friction material.

In Fig.1 shows a top view with cut stabilizer stability of the combination of Fig.2 - the same side.

The stabilizer stability of the trailer consists of a sleeve 1, in the longitudinal holes 2 which are movably cylindrical rods 3 with 4 stops. Between the lugs 4 and the sleeve 1 is placed a compression spring 5. Each of the cylindrical rod 3 provided with a housing 6 of the locking device (in the drawings, the locking device not shown, as by design it can be different, see, for example, the book by A. S. Melik-Sarkisini 7 trailer hitch of the vehicle 8. The sleeve 1 is also provided with a Central hole 9 of cylindrical shape and slidably mounted on the shaft 10 of the trailer 11, the shaft 10 provided with a fixed washer 12 and the movable plate 13, the spring-loaded compression spring 14 relative to the drawbar 10 using the stop 15.

In the case of side rolling of the trailer, when the rotation of the trailer 11, when the rotation of the tiller 10 in direction of arrow, for example, E (see Fig.2) relative to the longitudinal axis of the latter, the damping occurs due to the friction forces arising between the fixed plate 12, the movable plate 13 and the end surfaces of the sleeve 1. In practice, the vibrations of the system with simultaneous manifestation of a whipping, jerking and side rolling, and therefore the stabilizer allows you to extinguish them integrally, that is, together with various driving modes of the vehicle.

Feasibility advantage of the proposed technical solutions in comparison with the base stabilizer adopted for the prototype, it is obvious, as it is, first, simply by design, does not require the manufacture of scarce materials and, secondly, allows the spatial damping of the oscillations of the trailer.

Claims

Vertical hole in lower part of ball head is provided with longitudinal slot changing at end into round slot. Proposed trailer-train coupling gear contains ball support with retainer pressed to support and arranged in housing. said coupling gear is provided with locking mechanism which cuts in piston and locks found in vertically arranged axial space of ball support. Locks are fitted in holes whose axes are arranged in one plane and plane of their arrangement coincides with diameter plane of ball support. Upper part of piston is made in form of conical surface. Locks are spring-loaded relative to ball support and are made for engagement by some ends with relatively perpendicular slots found on inner surface of lock housing and on surface of retainer. Device is furnished with hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, piston-pusher with smaller diameter section in upper part to act onto said piston. Underpiston space of piston-pusher is connected with main line of prime-mover brake system. Device is provided with bracket of ball support to move support in direction of longitudinal axis of prime-mover with action of lower part of ball support onto hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, with possibility of displacement of hydraulic cylinder rod and action of liquid pressure built, in said hydraulic onto piston to move the piston.

EFFECT: improved stability of trailer-train at application of brakes and prevention of jack-knifing of trailer in case of delayed operation or failure of main line connecting brake system of prime-mover and locking mechanism.

Proposed draw-and-coupling gear, mainly of passenger car, includes ball head consisting of two parts-lower one made integral with bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear and upper one, installed for movement in pole body and locked relative to each other. Bracket of draw-and-coupling gear of car is provided with mating channels, longitudinal one in which rod is fitted for movement being hinge-connected with bell crank with cam on end arranged in vertical channel and engaging with slot made on rod of upper part of ball head. Other end of said rod is connected with like bell crank installed inside body of car, being locked relative to car body. Mating surfaces of cam and slot have curvilinear and straight-line surfaces arranged in vertical longitudinal plane of bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear.

Solids of revolution are arranged in cylindrical channel made in diametric plane of circular projection of lower part of ball head. Said solids of revolution engage through compression springs and pushers with cylindrical generating surface of pin. Pin is arranged in vertical channels of upper and lower parts of ball head.

Lower part is made integral with drawbar bracket and incorporates circular ledge. Upper part is arranged to move in trailer gooseneck casing.
