The device operates as follows.

The application of the proposed device provides the following benefits:

1. Biological material is located on the ribbon-carrier in the form of a series of parallel, strictly oriented relative to each other slices.

2. There is no “minimization” of the sections, and means the loss of some of them.

3. Process automation provides ease of preparation of the slices.
