The invention relates to the construction, in particular to adjustable supports, mainly for the construction of raised floors, consisting of flooring and/or beams that are installed with the formation of underground space for installation engineering or trunk communications. The technical result of the invention is to increase the bearing capacity of the support. Adjustable floor includes a top plate rigidly connected with the screw rod, and a lower plate connected to the tubular element into the cavity with the possibility of axial movement of the inserted free end of the threaded rod with nut, regulating the depth of his end. The upper and lower plates are made in the form of a disk with a Central hole for connection with a threaded rod or tubular element. Drive top and bottom plates are made with surrounding the Central hole of the annular recess and the radiating radial ribs arranged to form between their ends and the edge of the disk peripheral annular area whose width is equal to or greater than the thickness of the disk. 5 C.p. f-crystals, 3 ill.

Known adjustable support for double floors, consisting of a bottom plate mounted on the base floor, and the top plate, interacting with elements of the flooring, and composite racks from the threaded rod and the tubular element (DE 4132989, class E 04 F 15/024, 1993).

Top plate, in a decision made in the form of an open top of the funnel, which has a shock-absorbing element. The extra element overlying the cavity is difficult to manufacture a funnel-shaped top plate, increases the labor costs for the adjustable device support.

The closest analogue to the invention is an adjustable support, mainly for floor construction comprising an upper plate rigidly connected with the screw rod, and a lower plate connected to the tubular element into the cavity with the possibility of axial movement of the inserted free end of the threaded rod with nut governing the height, top and bottom plate made in the form of a disk with a Central hole for connection to mesibov the local decision of the lower plate is made thus that the area of load transfer on the basis of sex is limited to only a small annular peripheral section of the disk.

In addition, the absence of a rigid connection between the tubular element and the bottom plate when significant, as well as unevenly distributed loads on the support can lead to reduction of its strength characteristics.

An object of the invention is to increase the bearing capacity and stability adjustable foot and reducing labor in its manufacture through the use of a small number of simple elements.

This problem is solved due to the fact that in an adjustable support, mainly for floor construction comprising an upper plate rigidly connected with the screw rod, and a lower plate connected to the tubular element into the cavity with the possibility of axial movement of the inserted free end of the threaded rod with nut governing the height, top and bottom plate made in the form of a disk with a Central hole for connection with a threaded rod or tubular element and holes for fasteners, the drive of the upper and lower plates made with the surrounding Central overdo their ends and the edge of the disk peripheral ring section, width which is equal to or more than the thickness of the disk, while the convex surface of the grooves and the radial ribs of the upper and lower plates facing towards each other, and the parts of the disk, located between the radial ribs, and a peripheral area arranged in one plane.

Support may be provided with a locking device made in the form of radial projections on the bottom surface of the nut in contact with the grooves located at the free end wall of the tubular element.

The threaded rod and the tubular element are rigidly connected to the plate by welding.

The top plate supports can be fitted with a shock-absorbing and/or sound-insulating element.

Holes for fasteners of the upper plate can be designed for attachment thereto of structural elements, floor-type beams or flooring, and/or equipment and/or damping and/or sound-insulating elements.

Excavation and concave surfaces of the radial ribs may be filled with adhesive material.

The top and bottom plates have the same structural performance, which will be discussed below, that allows to make a prop from a small number of parts.

The top 1 and bottom 3 of the plate is made in the form of a disk with a Central hole 5, which includes one of the ends respectively threaded rod 2 or tubular element 4 with their subsequent connection to the disk by means of welding.

To increase the rigidity of the disk, and also to prevent transmission of the bearing load in the stress concentration zone (weld) around the Central hole 5 of the disk is made annular recess 6, the depth of which does not exceed the thickness of the disk.

From the ring grooves at an angle of 45 away radial ribs 7 are arranged between their ends 8 and the edge of the disk 9 is formed a peripheral ring section 10 whose width b is equal to or greater than the thickness of the disk.

Radial ribs have a cross-sectional U-shaped and received in the same way as the annular groove of the extruded from the plane of the workpiece by punching.

The significant size of the adjustable bearing support on the ground floor allows to increase its bearing capacity.

Regulation of the supports is made by a nut 12 with a threaded hole communicating with the external thread of the rod 2.

The lower surface of the nut is provided with radial projections (not shown) in contact with the grooves on the upper end of the tubular element, thus preventing the rotation of the upper plate when the height is adjusted.

The top plate 1 may be further provided with a shock-absorbing or sound-insulating lining.

Holes 13 each disk under the fastening elements are preferably located on the bisector of the angle between the longitudinal axes of the ribs 7. The top plate holes 13 may be designed for attachment thereto of structural elements, floor-type beams or flooring, and/or damping and/or sound-insulating elements, and/or equipment to transfer the load from him on the floor, and directly on an adjustable support.

SUBSTANCE: support includes square lower bearing plate made of flexible metal sheet material and upper bearing plate. The plates have central orifices. Central orifice of lower plate comprises rod receiving recess and is surrounded with annular depression having depth not exceeding sheet thickness. Central orifice of upper plate comprises flange. The plates are provided with radial grooves located so that convex surfaces thereof face each other. SUBSTANCE: support includes square lower bearing plate made of flexible metal sheet material and having central orifice for threaded rod securing and holes for connecting thereof to a base.
