The invention relates to medicine, namely to prosthetic dentistry and can be used for fixing clasp dentures. Clammer for fixing clasp pottow contains the body, the process for connection to the prosthetic base and two shoulder made of H-shaped form from a super-elastic alloy with shape memory. The technical result of the invention is to increase the reliability of fixation of the prosthesis. 2 Il.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to prosthetic dentistry at fixing clasp dentures.

Known Klammer containing the body with the process for connection to the prosthetic base associated with the body of the occlusal pad, two shoulder, one of which is made tapering from the T-shaped support and is connected to the pad [1].

A disadvantage of known construction clamp is unreliable fixation clamp.

The closest technical solution is Klammer system Ney containing occlusive pad that is connected to the body and two T-shaped shoulder, attached to the saddle or to the lingual or palatal arcs [2].

A disadvantage of the known clamp is insufficient restraint function for raspolozivost fixing clamp on the abutment tooth. This object is achieved in that in the Clemmer for fixing clasp dentures containing the body, the process for connection to the prosthetic base, the shoulders are made of H-shaped form from a super-elastic Nickel-titanium alloy with shape memory.

Shoulders clamp H-shaped, having upper and lower parts, the upper part of the shoulder is located above the equator and is the reference, springs and transmits vertical masticatory stress on the abutment tooth, the lower part of the shoulder is located below the equator and tightly covers the tooth in the retention zone, thereby creating a holding function, and both parts of the shoulder are connected by a jumper, densely covering the equator of the tooth. The upper part of the shoulder, transmitting vertical load, performs a control function, and therefore does not require the fabrication of occlusal pads, thus eliminating the tooth preparation under the pad.

The proposed design is illustrated by drawings, where Fig.1 shows the design of a General view of the clamp of Fig.2 presents Klammer on the abutment tooth.

Klammer consists of a body 1, Appendix 2 for connection to the prosthetic base, the shoulders 3 and 4.

The proposed construction of the clamp serves more effectively to 7 years in contrast to the usual 5 years due to the form of construction and materials of which it is made.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry and can be used in manufacturing of clasp telescopic prostheses with additional lock fastening. Method of manufacturing of additional lock fastening for clasp telescopic prosthesis includes several stages. At the stage of modelling wax reproduction of internal telescopic crowns on their distal surfaces performed is installation of additional lock fastenings in form of industrial workpieces of attachment with preservation of diametrical location of support teeth. Casting from metal of internal telescopic crowns with spherical projections is carried out. Fixation of medium rigidity matrices is performed on spherical projection of internal telescopic crown, model is prepared for process of duplication with isolation of clearance between lower matrix surface and mucosa of prosthesis bed. Wax modelling of framework of clasp telescopic prosthesis with external telescopic crowns on fireproof model is carried out. After casting framework of clasp prosthesis by traditional method, inside framework of detachable part of clasp prosthesis socket for installation of matrices under spherical projection is formed. After casting framework of clasp prosthesis by traditional method, fitting of metal construction without matrices is performed.

EFFECT: increased quality of prosthetics due to application of additional lock fastening, with possibility of its re-activation and ensuring prolongation of prosthesis service terms, without essential change of traditional process of manufacturing of telescopic clasp prostheses.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to orthopaedic dentistry, and can be used for partial laminar and clasp prostheses. A clasp system for fixing a removable partial denture of a single tooth consists of a basis with artificial teeth and a denture clasp. One end of the clasp comprises a mechanical device consisting of an inner O-ring abutment and an outer matrix and configured as a pivot, while the other end comprises a clasp seat in a rigid socket on an artificial dental crown. The outer matrix is fixed in the prosthesis basis and detachable together with the prosthesis, while the inner O-ring abutment is ball-shaped and connected to a clasp arm. The seat of the clasp socket is mounted on the artificial dental crown vertically or horizontally either from the lingual, or palatal, or approximal surface.

EFFECT: invention enables providing a more stable fixation of the detachable clasp system, a masticatory effectiveness and an appearance, and also avoiding the negative effect on the parodontium.

Denture-fixing attachment freely adjustable in angle and position comprises a rotation guide member, cover for ball joint angle and ball joint restriction. Rotation guide member is installed at the center of the denture-fixing attachment and has a lower portion, to be inserted into a fixture groove of a fixture, so that the rotation guide member may be coupled with the fixture having the fixture groove. Ball joint angle restriction cover positioned on the rotation guide member and has a through hole vertically formed through an inner part of the ball joint angle restriction cover. Ball joint has a ball joint lower portion is connected to the upper portion of an rotation guide member so that it can be rotated for the direction of rotation, recessed in a shape of a half-moon and placed in the ball joint angle restriction cover.

EFFECT: invention enables making the simple denture-fixing attachment with minimum number of sequentially connected members, providing the possibility of fixing of several fixtures, arranged in parallel to each other.
