The invention relates to constructions of regular nozzles for heat and mass transfer apparatus. Object of the invention is the reduction of production cost regular packing and increase its effectiveness. In the well-known regular nozzle of sheet material with artificial roughness, the size of which is comparable with the thickness of the liquid film made of stacked packages of corrugated strips with oblique corrugations trapezoidal and triangular, trapezoidal part of the corrugation-bottomed holes with edges bent inward trapezoidal corrugation. The device to perform regular nozzle includes a device for tensioning consisting of two pressed together rolls with artificial roughness, and the drive gear shaft with inclined teeth formed along the length of the shaft, one or more areas of the mesh with different parameters, and in each zone of engagement on one of the shafts removed every second tooth on the shaft at a location remote teeth made pointed projections conical or pyramidal shape. In the proposed device in a single pass in a continuous mode is the application of artificial roughness, perforation, and gavriloaie transverse mixing of the gas, increases the specific surface of the nozzle and turbulize the gas flow, which increases its effectiveness. 2 c.p. f-crystals, 2 Il.

The invention relates to constructions of regular nozzles for heat and mass transfer equipment for chemical, petrochemical and other industries.

Known regular packing for heat and mass transfer apparatus of the woven metal mesh or sheet material with perforations and artificial roughness, the size of which is comparable with the thickness of the liquid film made of stacked packages of corrugated strips with inclined ribbed triangular, trapezoidal or oval [1].

Regular packing have low hydraulic resistance and high efficiency. Regular packing of the woven metal mesh have a higher efficiency, because a good spreading of the liquid on the nozzle due to capillary effects. But woven metal mesh is much more expensive than sheet materials, and therefore, the nozzle of such materials in many cases are quite competitive. For a better spreading of the liquid on the surface of the sheet material spread on it iskusstv and improve cross-mixing of the gas in the sheet material to perform the perforation.

However, perforation leads to reduction of the surface of the nozzle. The drawback of such nozzles is relatively complex manufacturing technology, which increases their cost.

The complex of equipment for the production of regular packing, in which the perforation, application of artificial roughness and corrugation carried out separately by using different kinds of stamping. Artificial roughness is created by rolling through corrugated rollers, and belt tension is used, the brake device [2].

The use of several types of stamps and additional devices for the transfer and delivery of the material increases the cost of the equipment, reduces productivity and increases the cost of the nozzle. Perforation is performed by cutting out holes for stamping. The formation of waste metal and reduces the specific surface of the nozzle. Perforation with bending metal is impossible, as bent petals interfere with the subsequent application of artificial roughness and corrugation. Compared with nozzles with triangular corrugations such nozzle has a lower hydraulic resistance and greater efficiency through better spreading of the liquid on the surface of the nozzle. In the manufacture of nozzles may be used a sheet material with artificial roughness and perforation, but experiencing the above-mentioned disadvantages.

A device for performing corrugated strips for regular mesh nozzle with ribbed triangular shape that includes a device for tensioning the workpiece and the drive gear shaft with inclined teeth [4]. Tension is provided by friction on the bottom of the cassette, arising from the compression of the rolled workpiece. Splined shafts can have one or more areas of the mesh with different parameters, for example with different inclination of the teeth.

Such a device has a simple structure, high performance and successfully used for the manufacture of mesh heads. The presence of areas of engagement with different parameters allows manufacturing the nozzle with alternating tilt the device can be used for corrugating sheet material, for example rolls of metal foil, which is applied artificial roughness. It is reasonable to apply the workpiece with tension. To use the friction surface of the roll is undesirable, as this may damage the finish and must be dense winding of the roll.

Object of the invention is the reduction of production cost regular packing and increase its effectiveness.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known regular nozzle for heat and mass transfer apparatus from a sheet material with artificial roughness, the size of which is comparable with the thickness of the liquid film made of stacked packages of corrugated strips with oblique corrugations trapezoidal and triangular in shape, according to the invention in the trapezoidal portion of the corrugation-bottomed holes with edges bent inward trapezoidal corrugation.

The technical result is also achieved by the fact that in the known device to perform the corrugated strips for regular packing, comprising a device for tensioning the workpiece and the drive gear shaft with inclined teeth formed along the length of the shaft, one or more areas of the mesh with different pairs at the remote place of teeth made pointed projections conical or pyramidal shape, and device for tensioning consists of two pressed together rolls with artificial roughness.

What in the trapezoidal portion of the corrugation regular packing bottomed holes with curved edges, reduces the hydraulic resistance and to improve cross-mixing of the gas. Straightening the edges of the holes can also avoid the waste of metal and increases the specific surface of the nozzle. In addition, the unbent edges create turbulence of the gas flow, which also increases the efficiency of the nozzle. In the device to perform corrugated strips the workpiece from a roll is supplied in rolls with artificial roughness comes into splined shafts, where the workpiece corrugations appear triangular and trapezoidal forms. Pointed projections conical or pyramid-shaped push in the trapezoidal portion of the corrugation openings with curved edges. The punching of holes contributes to the fact that the workpiece goes taut. No waste, simple design and high performance provide low cost regular packing.

In Fig.1 shows part of the construction of the regular mesh heads. In Fig.2 shows the device to perform the corrugated strips for regular packing.

Regular nozzle, a fragment of which is shown in Fig.1, made of sheet material with artificial roughness and consists of sheets 1, which is made of the corrugations 2 triangular and trapezoidal 3 forms. On sheet 1 there are areas with a different slope of the corrugation 2 and 3. In the trapezoidal portion of the corrugation bottomed holes 4 with curved edges. In the device for manufacturing regular packing, schematically shown in Fig.2, the sheet material from a roll 5 enters the rolls 6 and the gear shafts 7 and 8 with inclined teeth 9 formed along the length of the shaft several pieces of gear with different parameters. In this embodiment, the areas of engagement are different inclination of the teeth. On the gear shaft 8, each second tooth is removed, and in place of remote teeth set pointed protrusions 10 a conical or pyramidal shape.

Device for the manufacture of regular packing is as follows.during rotation of the rolls 6 on sheet material is applied artificial roughness. Then the sheet material coated with a surface roughness enters the shafts 7 and 8 with inclined teeth. For applying roughness requires some effort, so the sheet material in splined shafts 7 and 8 goes taut. On the gear shafts 7 and 8 on each piece of gear on one of the shafts, each of the second inclined tooth 9 is removed. During rolling of sheet material are formed on the inclined corrugations 2 triangular and trapezoidal 3 forms. In place of remote teeth 9 on the shaft 8 mounted tapered protrusions 10 a conical or pyramidal shape. When rolling the protrusions 10 pushes the sheet material of the hole 4 with curved edges. Thus, in the device for manufacturing regular packing in a single pass in a continuous mode is the application of artificial roughness, perforation and shirring and work sheets 1, fully meet the design of our regular packing. The presence of holes 4 with curved edges can reduce the hydraulic resistance of the nozzle and to improve cross-mixing of the gas. When punching holes 4 with curved edges does not occur scraps of metal and does not decrease the specific surface of the nozzle.

Structured packing can be used in heat and mass transfer apparatus of chemical, refining and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of chemical industry and intended for fine separation of gas from a liquid at reconstruction of separators and filter-separators of the absorptive and rectifying columns. The multi-cartridge ring-type separating nozzle contains: a cover, a filtering unit, a device of water separation, an inlet connection pipe connected with the filtering unit by a pin, gas-distributing discs fixed to the pin. The filtering unit is made in the form of mesh cartridges mounted one on another. At that the internal surfaces of the mesh cartridges form a gas-distributing collector. The device of water separation is made in the form of the overflowing pipes located in the cartridges and mounted under them the drain pans with the axial apertures. Each mesh cartridge is supplied with a baffle made in the form of a plain disk with an axial aperture and a ring-type bead along the disc perimeter. Each mesh is formed by simultaneous winding of two parallel bands of the mesh, one of which is made out of a flat mesh, and the other - out of a corrugated mesh. On the side of its cylindrical internal surface a mesh cartridge is supplied with a cylindrical perforated shell. At that the first layers of the mesh band are fixed to the perforated shell by metal staples or welded to the perforated shell. At least two external layers of each mesh band are fixed by metal staples. The number of the mesh cartridges makes 6. The overflowing pipes are installed uniformly around the nozzle on a circumference, diameter of which makes from 0.85 up to 0.92 of the external diameter of the mesh cartridge and the diameter of a flow area of each overflowing pipe makes from 0.038 up to 0.05 of the external diameter of a mesh cartridge, and the total area of apertures of the shell perforation makes from 50 up to 60 % of the area of the internal cylindrical surface of the shell. In result the invention allows to increase efficiency of separation at the expense of prevention of the separated liquid accumulation in the cartridges of the nozzle.

The distributing-contacting device contains a distribution plate supplied with a screen with holes, overflow branch-pipes, overflow devices, deflecting shields, perforated truncated cones. The advantage of the offered design of the mass-exchange head is expansion of the range of its stable operation at a high efficiency of the mass exchange both in the systems of the liquid -liquid type and in the systems of vapor-liquid type.

The regular nozzle for separation and the mass-exchange apparatus is pertaining to the designs of the regular nozzles intended for realization the heat-mass-exchanging and separation processes in the system gas (steam)-liquid. The small corners are arranged with their peaks upward and laid in the staggered order one over another in the horizontal rows in the framework with formation of the packed-column block module. The mass-exchange column contains the packing block modules mounted one above another in the central part of the body. In the body the horizontal segment-shaped baffle plate are mounted. At that the baffle plates are arranged along the corners of packing modules on the opposite sides of the framework with formation of the zigzag-shaped channel of the multipath crisscross stream of the vapor. As the result of it the invention allows to increase effectiveness and productivity for the gas (vapor) in the mass-exchange column in conditions of the low loading by the liquid, to expand the range of the stable operation of the column as a whole.

The regular nozzle consists of the corrugated plates gathered in packages installed vertically and in parallel with the inclination of the flutes of the adjacent sheets to the horizon in the opposite sides, contacting by the protruding flutes to each other and forming among themselves the free channels of the complicated geometrical form. The nozzle is supplied with the spacers made in the form of the block of the horizontally laid in the rows in parallel to each another volumetric components. At that the symmetry axes of the components laying in the adjacent in height rows are mutually perpendicular. The ratio of the height of the package consisting of the corrugated sheets to the height of the spacer block lays within the limits of 2-5. The total height of the block of the spacers lays within the limits of 1.0-4.0 equivalent diametersof one component. The equivalent diameter of channels of the corrugated sheets package and the equivalent diameter of the component of the block of the spacer are in the ratio of 0.4-0.8. The components of the block of the spacer represent the solids of revolution, which are made in the form of the multiple-thread helicoids, at that the number of the threads makes 2-4. The components of the spacer block are laid in the rows with the clearance to each other, at that the interval, which separates the symmetry axes of the adjacent components makes 1.7-2.5 diameters of one component. The invention allows to raise intensity of the processes of the heat- and mass-exchange due to turbulization of the gas streams and redistribution of the liquid.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased intensity of the heat-exchange and mass-exchange processes due to turbulization of the gas streams and redistribution of the liquid.
