The invention relates to a technique of spraying a liquid and can be used in burners, oil-fired and intended for carrying out roofing work, as well as to heat the bitumen in the bitumen cars and concrete. The technical result is to increase the quality and efficiency of atomization of liquid fuels gaseous, is ensured by the fact that in the gas-liquid nozzle, comprising a housing in which is placed a sleeve with an axial channel for liquid fuels, forming with the housing a reservoir for supplying gaseous spray component connected to the axial channel of the one or more end-to-end radial channels made in the side wall of the sleeve according to the invention in the butt sleeve is made of axial channels, informing each radial channel with the atmosphere. 2 C.p. f-crystals, 1 Il.

The invention relates to a technique of spraying a liquid and can be used in burners, oil-fired and intended for carrying out roofing work, as well as to heat the bitumen in the bitumen cars and concrete.

Known gas-liquid injector with emulsionen containing ESAT is Yes gaseous component spray, coupled with the axial channel of the one or more end-to-end radial channels made in the side wall of the sleeve (see and.with. The USSR № 1160188, M CL F 23 Q 7/08, 1985).

A disadvantage of the known gas-liquid nozzle emulsionen when used in burners for carrying out roofing work or in burners of bitumen tank trucks or concrete is low efficiency of ejection of combustion air into the combustion chamber of the burner. When mixing liquid fuel gaseous spray component in the axial channel of the nozzle is formed out of two-phase flow. The speed of two-phase flow in the channel of the nozzle is much lower than the gas velocity in the same channel because of the high hydraulic resistance of the two-phase medium. This leads to a sharp decrease of the ejection phase medium secondary air from the atmosphere necessary for combustion, and as a consequence of low completeness of combustion and the formation of the "stagnant" torch, power and energy which is low, which reduces the efficiency of the work of these burners.

The technical problem solved by the invention is to improve the quality and efficiency of atomization of liquid fuels gaseous.

It reaches Tolka with an axial channel for liquid fuel, forming with the housing a reservoir for supplying gaseous spray component connected to the axial channel of the one or more end-to-end radial channels made in the side wall of the sleeve according to the invention in the butt sleeve is made of axial channels, informing each radial channel with the atmosphere.

In addition, the axial channels in the butt sleeve is made at an acute angle to the axis of the nozzle.

While the cross-sectional area of the radial channel in the sleeve larger than the total area of cross sections of the Central axial channel of the nozzle and the axial channels made in the front part of the sleeve.

The drawing shows a longitudinal section of a gas-liquid nozzle emulsionen.

The nozzle includes a housing 1, made in the form of a cap nut, which is located a sleeve 2 with a Central axial through-channel 3 for liquid fuel. The sleeve 2 is installed in the nozzle 4 for supplying liquid fuel, which is fixed to the housing 1. The housing 1, the sleeve 2 and the nozzle 4 to form an annular manifold 5 for gaseous spray component directly connected to the channel 6 with the supply of the gaseous component spray (sources of fuel and gas spray of the component on the drawing unih radial channels 7, connecting the gas reservoir 5 with an axial channel 3 of the sleeve 2. At the end of the sleeve 2 on the output side of the channel 3 are axial channel 8 connecting each radial channel 7 with the atmosphere, for example, evenly spaced around the circumference. Channels 8 can be performed at an acute angle to the axis of the nozzle (in the direction of the channel output 3). While the cross-sectional area of the radial channel 7 in the sleeve larger than the total area of cross sections of the Central axial channel of the nozzle 3 and the axial channel 8, is made in the front part of the sleeve. This ensures the maintenance of overpressure gas spray component in the gas manifold 5 injector.

As part of the burner nozzle operates as follows.

Liquid fuel and a gaseous component spray simultaneously received in the corresponding cavity of the nozzle: liquid through the nozzle 4 in the axial channel 3 of the sleeve 2, the gaseous - through channel 6 in the gas manifold 5. From the collector 5 of the gaseous component spray through radial channels 7 flows into the axial channel 3, where it meets and mixes with the liquid fuel, in this part of the gaseous component spray through the axial channels 8 in the form of gas jets supplied into the combustion chamber of the burner (in the drawing the tree, where affected by gaseous jet spray component flowing out of the channels 8. Narrowing of the two-phase cocurrent flow streams of a gaseous component near an exit of the nozzle. The intensification of the process of spraying the axial two-phase jet leads to an increase in completeness of combustion of liquid fuel, while "hard" flame. The holes 8 are also intensifies the process of ejection of air from the atmosphere into the combustion zone.

The use of the invention allows increasing the flow of gaseous component to improve the energy characteristics of burners, which use jets of this type used, for example, during roofing work, as well as in the bitumen cars.
