The invention relates to railway vehicles and for the design of brake equipment. Therefore, the aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the braking system of cars and thereby the possibility to increase high-speed modes of freight trains.

This objective is achieved in that on the inner end surfaces of the rim of wheel pairs with the same step is performed radially spaced slots communicating through an air gap with the response, made of magnetic material and located on a spring-loaded compression springs moving the disks relative to bearing their fingers rigidly mounted on brackets fixed to the side frames of the truck, and on the other hand, the disks are in contact through the fork with crackers, rigidly interconnected with the vertical levers linkage brakes, but these crackers are equipped with cone and associated with flat parallel surfaces in the contact zone with their forks control disks.
