The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for airing a dead-end cavities during auger excavation of coal. The technical result of the invention is to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation wells and improve safety when drilling excavation of coal in gas-bearing formations by providing continuous ventilation borehole bottom. For this fresh stream of air to the bottom of a well served continuously during the Assembly and dismantling operations sections of the pipeline by means of a serial connection with a source of air supply section located ahead of the stackable or detachable sections of the pipeline ventilation. For the implementation of the proposed method the proposed ventilation device, the distinguishing feature of which is that each section of the pipeline ventilation made the hole, and the inside section is a valve in the form of a flexible tubular element, a fixed base and one end to the inner surface of the pipe sections and loose to the inner surface of the pipe section second end and a side surface located opposite the hole in the pipe sections ol the spine and can be used for airing a dead-end cavities during auger excavation of coal.

The known device can reduce air leakage in the trunk pipeline ventilation by means of a serial connection of a flexible bends to the primary and standby fans.

When connecting the drain to the main fan he is filled with a moving stream of air and presses the tap of a broken back fan to the inner surface of the pipeline and thereby provides the tightness of trunk pipeline ventilation.

A disadvantage of the known device is that you cannot use it as a device for ventilation of a dead-end cavities formed by drilling coal drilling machine, because adding another auger section is not provided continuous ventilation is rusnakova machine, including with drilling body of the screw becoming associated with the sectional tubing for ventilation drilled hole (see patent No. 2026489 of the Russian Federation with the priority from 12.10.92, published 10.01.95, in Bulletin of Inventions No. 1).

A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the impossibility of carrying out continuous ventilation of bottom dead-end bore during Assembly and dismantling operations with a screw rod while building the next section of the screw rod in mining coal or removing sections from the well due to the cessation of ventilation holes. This circumstance leads to lower quality ventilation wells, which leads to lower security maintenance dredging of coal, especially in gas-bearing coal seams, and, in turn, leads to an increase in the duration of the technological cycle that is associated with the degassing of the cavity of the borehole when drilling excavation of coal.

The basis of the invention is tasked to provide a method of ventilation stub strip mining (production) at auger excavation of coal and device for its implementation, which constantly supply fresh air at mantain the ICOM air supply section, located ahead of stackable or disconnect the pipe sections due to the fact that each pipe section made hole, and the inside section of the valve is made in the form of an elastic tubular element fixed base and one end to the inner surface of the section and is not fixed to the inner surface of the pipe sections will be airing the second end and the side surface located opposite the hole in the pipe sections will be airing.

This ensures the achievement of the technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of ventilation wells and improve safety when drilling excavation of coal in gas reservoirs due to the ability to provide continuous ventilation of the bottom hole drilled wells, and this ensures the achievement of consumer properties of lowering operating costs during the Assembly and dismantling operations to build the section of the pipeline ventilation and sections of the auger rod.

The problem is solved in that in the known method of ventilation cavities when auger excavation of coal, including flow to the bottom of the borehole fresh p is ω, according to the invention the supply of fresh air is carried out continuously during the Assembly and dismantling operations sections of the pipeline by means of a serial connection with a source of air supply section located ahead of the stackable or detachable section of the pipeline ventilation.

The problem is solved when implementing the method of ventilation to the fact that in the known device, comprising a sectional pipe ventilation, associated with drilling body screw rod according to the invention on each section of the pipeline ventilation made the hole, and the inside section of the valve is made in the form of an elastic tubular element fixed base and one end to the inner surface of the section and is not fixed to the inner surface of the pipe section second end and a side surface located opposite the hole in the pipe sections will be airing.

Thanks to this performance is ensured by the existence of a causal link between the whole set of essential features of the claimed invention and achievable technical result as is achieved by the continuous supply of fresh air to the working face of p is a partition, located ahead of stackable or detachable sections of the pipeline ventilation.

Comparative analysis of the claimed invention in comparison with the prior art has not found there the influence of the technical result. Thus the claimed invention meets the requirement of inventive step and novelty.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where Fig.1 shows schematically the proposed device for ventilation of the borehole when drilling excavation of coal; Fig.2 - shows a view along a-a in Fig.1, a longitudinal section; Fig.3 is the same when building the next section of the pipeline ventilation.

The proposed method is implemented as follows. When auger excavation of the coal to the bottom of the borehole continuously served fresh air associated with the screw rods 1, equipped with a base part (in the drawing conventionally not shown), the sectional line 2.

Sectional pipe 2 through the outlets 3 is connected with the supply air fan ventilation (in the drawing conventionally not shown).

When the extraction of coal by drilling wells screw with drilling body of the rod 1, the flow of fresh air moving through the pipeline 2 and presses the holes 4 made in each section of the pipeline 2 for ventilation located within each section of the pipeline 2, the valve is made in the form of an elastic tubular element 5, which has a base and its end is executed is not fixed to the inner surface of the pipe section 2. This ensures airing at wells tightness of the pipeline 2.

Airing wells in the implementation of Assembly and dismantling operations building section of the screw rod 1 and the extension pipe section 2 ventilation is produced by connecting one of the taps with 3 hole 4 of the pipe 2, which is located ahead of the expandable section, and directs the flow of fresh air in this section and located inside the drilled part of the pipeline 2 by means of the overlap of the flap 7 of the channel of the second outlet 3 connected to the end section of the pipe 2, and detach it from this section.

After the building of the next pipe section 2 and section of the screw rod 1 connect the end section of the pipe 2 with the channel of the second outlet 3 and is sent to the pipeline 2, the flow of fresh air through the blocking valve 7 drain 3 connected with located ahead of the extended pipe section 2.

Thus when implementing the proposed method of ventilation stub of the borehole when drilling excavation of coal in gas-bearing formations to achieve perceived by the applicant of the technical result is to increase the efficiency of ventilation, improve safety, and, therefore, a way to meet the requirement of industrial applicability.
