The invention relates to meat processing industry and can be used to obtain a number of valuable products containing biologically active substances. The method involves grinding the Abies needles or solid residue, obtained after processing of the wood green vapor, and two-stage extraction. At the first stage extraction spend liquefied carbon dioxide at a pressure of 5.8-6.0 MPa for 4-5 hours at a temperature of 20-22C emitting carbon dioxide extract. In the second stage, the solid residue is dried and extracted with an organic solvent. Moreover, the extraction is carried out at a temperature of 60-S for 2.5-4 h with obtaining alcoholic extract. The invention allows to increase the yield of extractives.
