(57) Abstract:The invention relates to agriculture, specifically, to methods for determination of crude ash in biological materials (plant materials such as hay, haylage, silage, etc.,) and can be used in research and in the analysis of materials. In the proposed method in a weighed crucible make first right hand bat or legkorazdrazhimoy inorganic salts, for example, respectively chloride or ammonium nitrate (0.2-0.3 g), then a portion of the analyzed material (1.0-1.5 g). Heated in a muffle furnace for 1 h to a temperature of 200C and calcined 2-2,5 hours at a temperature of 525-C, cool, weigh, and calculate the result. The method allows to reduce the duration of the determination of crude ash (ash) by reducing the duration of annealing with 5-6 up to 2.0-2.5 hours. This goal is achieved by the fact that at first calcined and weighed crucible contribute a portion of finely divided inorganic bat or legkorazdrazhimoy in the conditions of the ashing salt, for example, respectively chloride or ammonium sulfate (0.2-0.3 g), then a portion of finely ground air-dried analyzed material (1.0-1.5 g). All patients with acute sinusitis with MCT disorder should be prescribed complex conservative therapy with preparations of secretolytic and secretomotory action. The method enables to specify optimal therapy based upon scientifically proved indications of investigations by taking into account individual peculiarities of every patient.
