The invention relates to laboratroy technique and can be used also as a drive for other preparation of mortar, the harvesting of edible ice, during the drilling of shallow wells and pits and so on/. The proposed device for the formation of a hole in the ice ponds, which contains mounted for rotation and fixation in intermediate positions in the vertical plane of the drive to the horizontal output shaft, a sliding base with vertical posts, traverse and feed mechanism of the working body. The new device is that the traverse is made in the form of the cross beam and is placed over the actuator, the device is equipped with a vertical shaft with alternately activate with a horizontal output shaft. A device for cutting through the cracks in the ice reservoirs, including cart holder, placed on the engine with a gearbox associated with the working body and the node to move the working body in the vertical plane (see the patent of Russian Federation №2003007, CL F 21 5/02, 1991/.

The specified technical solution closest to the proposed appointment and the most common essential features and is taken as a prototype.

To the disadvantage of the prototype should include the placement of a guide ring at the bottom of the device, which resulted in a floor guide with ice and snow.

The technical result is achieved in that the device for the formation of a hole in the ice reservoirs, including mounted for rotation and fixation in intermediate positions in the vertical plane, the actuator having a horizontal output shaft gear, and a working body, a sliding base with vertical posts for translational movement on the last drive with gear, traverse and feed mechanism of the working body, according to the invention, the traverse is made in the form of transverse beams placed on vertical racks and associated with an actuator and gearbox, and the gearbox has a vertical output shaft with the possibility of alternately activate with a horizontal output shaft.

In addition, toboggan-based devices made with axes to install them skiing or traveling wheels.

Device for the formation of a hole in the ice of the reservoirs includes a sliding base, formed by the frame 1 mounted on it with 2 axes, and two skis 3 bracket 4 mounted on the axles. In the summer, or in the absence of snow cover instead of skiing on the axes are mounted ground wheels 5.

The motor shaft and the intermediate shaft are connected by gears 24 and 25. Device for the formation of a hole in the ice reservoirs, including mounted for rotation and fixation in intermediate positions in the vertical plane of the actuator and the progressive move on the last drive with gear reducer traverse and feed mechanism of the working body, characterized in that the yoke is made in the form of transverse beams placed on vertical posts with the possibility of forward movement and connected with the reducer, and the reducer has a vertical output shaft with the possibility of alternately activate with a horizontal output shaft.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises frame, drum, drive, mechanism for cutting with movable knife and mechanism for packing cut sheets, mechanism for locking blade of the knife with respect to the drum having shaft with pins, and mechanism for changing the length of sheet cut made of double-arm lever whose axis of rocking is in coincidence with the axis of rotation of the drum shaft pin. One of the arms of the lever is pivotally connected with the frame through screw lever, and the other arm has axle on which the driven cylindrical pinion is mounted for permitting rotation. The pinion engages the driving pinion mounted on the pin of the drum shaft. The mechanism for cutting comprises shaft of the knife holders which are arranged on it with equal angular step, crankpin mounted on the driven pinion of the drive, double-arm lever mounted for permitting angular rocking about the pin of the shaft of the knife holders, and tie pivotally connected with the double-arm lever of the cutting mechanism. The blocks are connected kinematically with the other double-arm lever rigidly connected with the pin of the knife holder shaft. The frame is provided with additional drum whose space receives mutually spring-loaded braking friction shoes kinematically connected vie ties with the mechanism of locking knife blade with respect to the drum. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding ribbed tube; embedding in tube disc cutters acting upon ribs in radial direction and rolling out tube by means of disc cutters in lengthwise direction; cutting ribs and separating them from tube due to tangential shifting by means of disc cutters at tube motion. Disc type wedge cutters are used; embedding depth of such cutters into ribbed tube corresponds to radial size of ribs. Apparatus for performing the method includes housing, mechanism for feeding ribbed tube and disc cutters mounted in shafts. Said carriages are arranged on housing in such a way that plane of apexes of cuter wedge passes through axis of disc chuck from which cutter is spaced by radius value of tube. Radial size of wedge of each cutter exceeds radial size of tube ribs in cross section. Feed mechanism may feed ribbed tube coaxially relative to disc chuck. Each carriage includes plate with boss for bearing assemblies of cutter shaft. Plate of each carriage includes opening for pin parallel to disc chuck axis and joined with housing; roller parallel to disc chuck axis and engaging with following tracks of disc chuck for moving shafts with cutters; member for locking carriage in housing. Said member includes several stoppers that pass through openings of carriage and groove of housing. Head of each stopper is secured to carriage. Nut with handles inserted into it is screwed onto threaded end of stopper. Inserts are mounted in grooves of housing; each insert has semi-cylinder surface for engaging with stopper and at opposite side threaded stop for locking carriage.
