Method for the production of decorative paper, intended for the manufacture of wear-resistant laminated floor material. Decorative paper is first moistened by impregnation amenomori. The closest analogue of the claimed invention is a method of impregnation of decorative paper, described in the European patent document EP 0732449 used for the manufacture of wear-resistant laminate flooring materials, according to which the decorative paper is first moistened by impregnation amenomori with the regulation of the resin by means of a dosing roller and then through the distribution rollers on wet decorative paper additionally put a layer of the dispersion on the basis of resins containing an abrasive substance.

In this known technology using the distribution rollers contents what s the corundum particles quickly settle, which leads to uneven distribution of corundum in decorative paper and significant fluctuations wear resistance in layered floor materials.

For this reason, up to the present time containing corundum mixture mass is added substances with high viscosity, as a rule, derivatives of cellulose. In addition, the oxide should be relatively fine-grained, as lighter or fine particles of corundum not settle so quickly. However, the use of cellulose derivatives leads to optical POSELENIE upper surfaces of the manufactured laminated flooring materials.

The smaller the grain size of the oxide, the higher should be the attitude of the applied mass to the mass of decorative paper to ensure that it is sufficient durability. And it also causes POSELENIE upper surfaces of the produced materials.

The invention

The problem to which the present invention is directed, is to eliminate the above disadvantages of the known methods and the creation of a method, which allows you to produce highly wear-resistant decorative laminated flooring so that showing the structure of Virginia top surface produced thereby flooring materials.

According to the invention the solution of this problem is provided by the method of impregnation of decorative paper used for the manufacture of high wear resistance of floor materials, in which the decorative paper is first moistened by impregnation amenomori, and the amount of resin handle with the help of metering rollers, and then moistened decorative paper put a layer of the resins in dispersion containing abrasive substance. A distinctive feature of the proposed method is the application of the mentioned layer by sputtering.

One of the essential differences of the method according to the invention is that for impregnating decorative paper and wear-resistant bodies, such as particles of alumina or aluminium oxide particles used for this purpose mass or dispersion is applied by spraying or by application of the principle of nozzle (jet) application.

Compared with the method of application roller principle nozzle (jet) application has the advantage that the dispersion containing iznosostoyki is carried out in a more or less uniform motion. Through this prevents the deposition of particles, leading to uneven distribution, so it is possible to do without the use of increasing the viscosity of the materials or substances. Another advantage is that there is no need for the use of corundum or aluminum oxide with a specific grain size, and can be applied corundum or other wear-resistant granular material substantially higher size or coarser material. Another advantage of the invention is to increase the rate of impregnation of decorative paper. When impregnated in a known manner the application of the applied mass or despejado to ensure uniform distribution of the applied layer. The method in accordance with the invention, in which the coating mass or dispersion is performed using nozzles, allows you to increase the speed of impregnation up to 40-50 m/min.

In a preferred variant of the method proposed final weight of the layer per unit area, converted to dry weight of the original paper, is from 100 to 250%, and used the dispersion consists of 100 hours of resins, from 20 to 95 including abrasives, from 0.5 to 2.5 hours silane adhesive, from 5 to 25 hours of substance to impart fluidity, from 0.1 to 0.4 PM wetting means, from 0.05 to 0.4 hours separating agent and amine hardener.

As the resins preferably used melamine resin, and as a substance to impart fluidity - polyglycolic ether, E-caprolactam or butanediol. Abrasive substances may be used silicon carbide with an average particle size of from 60 to 160 μm, or aluminum oxide in the form of corundum or melt with a particle size of from 60 to 160 μm, or a mixture of silicon carbide and aluminium oxide in any proportion.
