The invention relates to a machine for filling sausage, etc. in recoveery packaging material, which is pulled together with a filling tube against the force of the friction brake ring (3) (brakes for ulcers), covering the filling pipe. The invention relates to a machine for filling product from the fluid to pasty in recoveery packaging material, which is pulled together with a filling tube against the force of friction PTO pressure filling in clogged with one hand down the flow of packaging material, the direction of flow of the product during the filling pipe is capping device with radial narrowing of the packaging material elements.

Such filling machines are well known, for example, in the manufacture of sausages. They are typically configured for continuous operation for producing a sequence of discrete packages (sausages), and the capping device comes into action - periodically - always when reached the set gasket packing and should start filling the next pack (DE 2601595 B2, DE 2420202 C2).

In the process of development, the degree of automation and the operating speed of such facilities to fill increased so that the capping device with their collecting packaging material in harness displacers (but also provided if necessary separating device) represents a serious danger for the operator, if he tries, for example, to fix the problem while the machine is running or on its way out. Similar is the case when during regular operation held at the ready on the filling tube, the amount of packing material consumed and must be supplemented. Rules secure the KTA as before, and after capping device prevented access to it at work and allow it only when you stop the machine.

In the prior art have therefore, when filling the pipe must be equipped with a new packaging material (usually by turning the water pipe to the side), not only to open the casing from the filling pipe, but also to shift in the direction of the entire machine head with vytesnitelya-capping mechanism, and, if necessary, the separating device and the brake for the gut with his body so that the water pipe was freed from these devices. This leads to a complicated construction of the machine and takes a lot of working time.

These problems are eliminated by the present invention. It provides that the housing of the brake ring connected with a coaxially located with the safety ring can be moved together with him in the axial direction of the filling tube so that the safety ring is in the working planes of the elements of the sealing device, when the brake ring leaves the filling pipe. To release the water pipe with the purpose of the new equipment packaging material will trebovaniyam its operating position on the filling tube, safety ring blocks located coaxially her, moving with the work of the radially inward pressure, sabcomeline and, if necessary, separating the elements. Injuries due to unintentional actuation of these elements is therefore excluded. When the combination of the brake ring housing and the safety ring (upon completion equipment filling pipe packaging material) is returned from this working position the safety ring to its original position to the working position, the brake ring, on the one hand, re-performance vytesnitelya-capping mechanism, on the other hand, the safety ring, which is now by filling pipe before this mechanism prevents accidental intervention in him, so that side of the water pipe is no longer required no additional casing.

The invention is illustrated with drawings, which depict: Fig.1 is a top view of the mouth of the filling tube of the filling machine according to the invention, with a sealing device and a part of the transport device for filled packages; Fig.2 is a top view corresponding to Fig.1, however, when removed from the filling pipe of the brake ring and released for the purpose of loading packing the tion mechanism (not shown) of conventional machines for filling near the mouth 2 of the filling pipe 1 is the brake ring 3, fixed in the housing 4. Between the brake ring 3 and the filling pipe 1 packing material held therein in the form of harmoniousness folded stock, down towards the mouth 2 of the filling pipe 1 and the filling process is directed adjacent parts of the machine to fill. Together with the housing 4 of the brake ring 3, which by means of a bracket 8 is connected to the carriage 9, the safety ring 7 with the bottom 6 by means of additional carriage 12, which together with the carriage 9 is mounted for movement along the longitudinal guide 10 parallel to the filling tube 1, is connected with the piston rod 13 of the cylinder 14, so that when you bring it into action, he moves the housing 4 with the brake ring 3 and the safety ring 7 with the bottom 6 in the longitudinal direction of the filling tube 1. In Fig.1 filling machine is in its operating condition during the filling process (but not present in the packaging material and the product). In this working position the safety ring 7 is located outside the space, the described sealing device 20 even in the decompressed state of the plungers 21. In Fig.3 presents this uncompressed state between the end finally filled depicted in the form of a fragment of the packing 32 and the beginning of the next fill packing 33. In Fig.1 and 3 clearly shows that in the respective working position of the brake ring 3 original position the safety ring 7 it prevents the introduction in the neighboring mouth 2 of the filling pipe 1 displacer 21 (Fig.1 at the bottom of Fig.3 right).

When accumulated in the filling pipe 1 stock packaging material 30 spent and must be replaced with a new refill the m bracket 8 of the brake ring 3 with my body 4 is removed from the filling pipe 1. Once equipped with the packaging material 30 of the filling pipe 1 is ready for further mode of filling and will take its operating position, the brake ring 3 due to the exit of the piston rod 13 of the cylinder 14 moves in filling VA. At the same time, the piston rod 13 actuates the safety switch 26, is made in the form of a limit switch, which includes a duty cycle sealing device 20.

1. Method involves providing multiple laying of tubular creased netted member using pressure applied by pumping system of apparatus for providing radial expansion of film and tubular netted member for obtaining final diameter of ready product, which may be altered in accordance with speed at which product is separated from machine for applying of double clips.

It consists of extrusion machine (F), driving pin (1), breaking unit (2) for stopping casing and clamping machine (V). SUBSTANCE: sausage packing device aimed at stuffing tubular casing by pasty filler comprises a stuffing tube (1), opening into a filling zone (5) and having a receiving unit for shirred tubular casing (80) at the outer side. During stuffing of a sausage link (8) the casing (80) sealed on one end is pulled off from the stuffing tube (1) due to pushing power of the filler (85), after certain size is reached the casing is sealed by a sealer (2) and removed by a removing device (4) comprising a conveyor (40) fitted with an adjustable drive (43) actuated by a regulating module (64) of a control box (6). Sausage packing device is equipped with a sausage link (8) increment measuring unit comprising in the filling zone (5) a speed meter (7), an estimation unit (67) for evaluating sausage link increment speed and a synchronisation unit (62) aimed at control over regulating module (64) which synchronises band conveyor speed with increment speed.

EFFECT: claimed invention ensures uniform pulling the casing off stuffing tube, improving quality of stuffing of sausage links manufactured according to this method.

SUBSTANCE: horn suspension unit (3) for sausage tube stuffing includes horn pipe (4) and stuffer pipe (5), so that horn pipe (4) can rotate against stuffer pipe (5) around first rotation axis. Horn pipe (4) is mounted on case (8) and can rotate against the case around the first rotation axis. The case (8) can also rotate together with horn pipe (4) against stuffer pipe (5) around second rotation axis to take cleaning position where horn pipe (4) is fixated by the case.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device used for retention of tubular shell (V) as it is filled with viscous or loose filler in packing machine, in particular in machine for clipping, which comprises filling tube (F) for filling of tubular shell (V) with filler. Device includes the first braking ring (10), which may be installed on filling tube (F) coaxially with it. Inner diametre of specified ring exceeds outer diametre of filling tube (F), and on its inner surface there is the first braking facility (12) arranged, along which the shell (V) may be directed in filling direction (R) to be filled with filler against friction force affecting it. Also the second braking ring (20) is fixed on filling tube (F), and opposite braking facility (22) is arranged on its outer surface, besides shell (V) may be directed between the first braking facility (12) of the first braking ring (10) and the opposite braking facility (22) of the second braking ring (20). At the same time the first braking ring (10) is arranged as movable along filling direction (R) to establish specified friction force applied to shell (V) in the first braking facility (12) of the first braking ring (10) and in the opposite braking facility (22) of the second braking ring (20). Device for retention of tubular shell comprises also compaction device, which is fixed on filling tube (F), besides its outer diametre approximately corresponds to inner diametre of tubular shell (V), which it adjoins in process of compaction.

Proposed device comprises product feeder 170 with pump to allow a continuous volumetric flow, packing tube 20 connected to feeder 170 and intended for providing the stock 32 of sleeve-type package 30 that can be removed from tube 20 together with packed product. Besides proposed device comprises clamping device 150 fitted downstream of tube 20 to press filled package 30 into bundle during filling and pressing of clamping element 162 around said bundle. It has also retaining device 100 that embraces tube 20 along its edges and brake ring 110 that reciprocates parallel with the former to cause friction forces to act on package 30 in its removal. Clamping device 150 incorporates control device designed to generate squeezing and clamping force proceeding from selected portion size and continuous volumetric flow and to feed control signal to clamping device 150. Brake ring 110 is moved back on packing tube 20 towards direction of removal into position of packing volume release directly before of during squeezing and clamping. After clamping it moves forward on said tube 20 in direction of removal into working position. Product squeezed is forced into free packing volume and, after clamping, forced again into removed package 30.

Block for straightening of casing during automatic stuffing of meat products contains ring (9), which has external surface. The casing slides, along the said external surface ring stimulating expansion of the casing. Block contains a pair of straightening wheels (8), which contact with external surface of crimped casing and pull the casing during rotation. Block is synchronised with stuffing device and binding device and/or device for clamps overlaying. During operation of block, control of functioning and speed of straightening operation is carried out. Preliminarily crimped casing is straightened in the process of meat product stuffing, straightening being carried out without casing resistance.

EFFECT: creation of block for fast straightening without casing resistance during automatic stuffing of meat products.

Proposed device comprises shut-off valve and filling tube arranged along product flow, downstream of shut-off valve. Packing device comprises at least one continuous-operation transducer to direct or indirect measurement of packing sleeve length. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device in which at least one tube from plasticised synthetic material can be provided by extrusion into the open mould, and at least the filler material can be fed by at least one filling device having several separate channels, in the respective container by means of the filling rod. At that the device comprises a nozzle covering the filling rod. The nozzle in its functional position for cleaning and/or sterilisation and/or drying establishes medium conductive communication between its respective cavity and filling device channel designed for it and during manufacturing and filling of containers it is removed from its functional position. The nozzle comprises the first and second functional cavities located offset with respect to each other in a direction of the longitudinal displacement of the corresponding filling rod, at that the rod end part enters the first cavity, with the outlet of the filling channel passing centrally in the rod.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a portioning and packaging device, as well as to a manufacturing method of capsules (W) with explosive, comprising detonating means (S). The portioning and packaging device comprises a transporting device (10) for the explosive which has a pump for generating the volume flow. Also the device comprises the filling pipe (20, 120) connected to transporting device (10), which is mounted in order to prepare a stock of tubular packaging casing (V). At that the tubular packaging casing (V) with the explosive discharged from the filling tube (20, 120) can be removed from the filling pipe (20, 120). The clamping device located downstream the filling pipe (20, 120), is mounted to pinch locally in the process of filling the filled packaging casing (V) to form the tip (Z) of the tube and by means of at least one clamping means (C1, C2) to close around the tip (Z) of the tube. The filling pipe (20, 120) has a further feeding means (40, 140) which is arranged for insertion of the detonating means (S) into the capsule (W) with the explosive.

EFFECT: prevention of damage to the capsule with explosive while mounting of the detonating means is achieved.

The braking unit is intended for application of a friction force to a tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing (M) positioned on the filling tube (10) of the installation for such casing (M) stuffing and closure such as a clipper (CM) for restriction of the said casing (M) movement during stuffing. The filling tube (10) has a longitudinal axis (A). The casing braking unit (100, 200; 300; 400; 500; 600; 700) contains at least one braking device (B) capable of reversible motion between the disengaged position, wherein the braking device (B) is partly displaced from the filling tube (10), and the braking position wherein the braking device (B) almost completely encloses the filling tube (10); the braking device has at least two free ends (130a, 130b; 230a, 230b, 240a, 240b; 330a, 330b, 340a, 340b; 430a, 430b, 440a, 440b; 530a, 530b, 540a, 540b; 730a, 730b, 740a, 740b). The casing braking unit (100; 200) additionally contains at least two support elements (110, 120; 210, 220; 310, 320; 410, 420; 510, 520; 610, 620; 710, 720) for support and reversible motion of at least one braking device (B) between the disengaged position and the braking position within a plane passing through at least the approximately vertical longitudinal axis (A) of the filling tube (10).
