The invention relates to leather production, in particular to the way we produce natural pile skin from the skins of cattle, intended for the manufacture of Shoe uppers, garments and leather goods. A known way of generating natural pile of the skin, including the processing of semi-finished product with a solution of polyacrylamide with a molecular mass of 4500000-5500000, neutralized with alkali to pH 7.5-8, in the amount of 0.7 to 2.0% by weight of semi-finished product, counting on the dry matter, within 30-45 minutes followed by treatment with a solution of anionic dye and 1.4 to 4.0% by weight of semi-finished glutaraldehyde for 50-90 minutes and then greasing emulsion for 40-60 minutes (SU 1134602, 1985).

The disadvantage of this method is to obtain a skin with a nonuniform thickness and topographic plots properties, due to the use of polyacrylamide ultra-high molecular weight.

There is also known a method of manufacture of leathers, including retanning semi-finished chromium is as each 2-3% by weight of cement, considering the 100% fat and the dry residue, followed by dyeing with LCD 0,3-0,4 and 20-25oWith greasing and doublepane organic tanning agent (RU 2056710, 1996).

The disadvantage of this method is that it is not possible to obtain uniformly filled in all topographical areas with high strength properties.

In the patent RU 2112042, 1998 for filling skin use the product of the saponification aqueous dispersion of polyacrylonitrile with the content of carboxyl groups 10-14% by weight of polymer in the amount of 3-4% by weight of semi-finished product, counting on the dry matter, with subsequent dyeing, greasing and doublepane organic tanning agent.

However, this method does not allow the skin with high performance properties.

The closest analogue of the claimed method is a way of encouraging natural pile of leather patent RU 2184785, 2002, including retanning chrome tanning agent, neutralizing, the content of acrylic polymer with an aqueous solution of a copolymer of methacrylic acid and nitrile of acrylic acid at a mass ratio of 40-60: 60-40 in the amount of 2-6% by weight of shaved leather with 40-50oC and volume ratio of 1.5, vegetable retanning Dubi is named dyeing anionic dyes, by greasing and processing of formic or acetic acid by well-known methods.

However, the resulting pile of the skin is not sufficiently elastic-plastic properties, the intensity of color and its resistance to dry and wet friction (component 4 and 3 points on a 5-point scale).

The problem is solved in that in the method of manufacture natural pile of the skin, including retanning semi-finished chrome tanning agent, neutralizing, filling acrylic polymer retanning vegetable tanning agent, dyeing anionic dyes, greasing, treatment with acetic and/or formic acid and rinsing, filling processes, retanning vegetable tanning agent and dyeing is carried out at 40-45oC and volume ratio of 0.9 to 1.0 by sequential processing of the aqueous dispersion of the drug Polina 101 based polymer of acrylic acid with molecular weight 60000-65000 obtained in nitrogen atmosphere in the absence of oxygen and neutralized with alkali, vegetable before dyeing mixture of naphthalenesulfonate and high molecular weight anionic surfactants in their mass ratio 99-75:1-25, respectively, in the amount of 2.5% to 3% by weight of cement, and after the dyeing process with an aqueous solution of the drug Polina HELL on the basis of cationic polyacrylamide with a molecular mass of 30000-32000 in the amount of 1.5 to 2.5% by weight of semi-finished product based on the dry residue and then formic or acetic acid to a pH of 3.6 to 3.8.

Used polymer Polina 101 with a molecular mass of 60000-65000 is the product of the anionic polymerization of acrylic acid in a nitrogen atmosphere in the absence of oxygen, neutralized with alkali.

Used polymer Polina HELL with molecular weight 30000-32000 is the product of a cationic polymerization of polyacrylamide.

Example 1.

The semi-finished product obtained by standard methods from the skins of cattle, after retanning chrome tanning agent, is subjected to washing and neutralizing the mixture of formate and sodium bicarbonate.
