The invention relates to rubber industry and electrical protection of metal objects from corrosion, in particular for cathodic protection of underground structures with variable electrical characteristics, such as pipes and cables in Reshetikhin or high-impedance electrolytic environments. The invention relates to a conductive elastomeric compositions for the manufacture of electrodes based on butadiene-nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, or mixtures thereof, and mixtures of butadiene-nitrile rubber and butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer filled with carbon-based fillers, in combination with a different target additives (plasticizers, vulcanizing agents, antioxidants, and others), providing for a specific volume resistance of 0.05-0.5 Ohmm and 0.5-2500 OhmM. Another group of the invention are ground elastomeric electrode obtained by using as a flexible membrane of the above-mentioned elastomeric compositions, and devices of the anode grounding and deep anode ground, obtained with these elastomeric electrodes. Conductive elastomer composition for grounding electrodes, including rubber, carbon black, thiuram, plasticizer, characterized in that it comprises a rubber mixture of nitrile butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber as a plasticizer dibutyl phthalate, as a carbon black conductive fine carbon black and optionally contains zinc white, burnt magnesia, based paste of calcium naphthenate and probably contains ceresin, stearic acid, sulfur, graphite electrical, antioxidant (product 4010) N-phenyl-N1-cyclohexanediamine-1.4 and ebony dust based on butadiene-nitrile rubber, vulcanized grey in the following ratio, wt.%:

6. Grounding extended elastomeric electrode containing metal trunk conductors and a working shell containing an elastomeric material, is electrically in contact with it, characterized in that the conductors are made of stranded wire and placed inside the working sheath coaxially along the Central axis of the electrode, and a working shell consists of layers of carbon material in the form of carbon yarns, woven in a roving or ribbon of carbon fabric, applied along the length of the conductors and a flexible sheath of electrically conductive elastomeric composition with a specific volume resistance of 0.05-0.5 Ohmm p. 1, filling the gaps between the layers of these carbon materials.
