A method of obtaining a chewing gum containing n - substituted derivative of aspartame (options), and chewing gum, obtained by this method (variants)

 

The invention relates confectionery industry. A method of obtaining a chewing gum containing N-substituted derivative of aspartame with a modified rate of release, in the first embodiment involves mixing it with the modifying agent and the introduction of the mixture in the chewing gum according to the second variant - mixing with agglomerated substance and a solvent to partially cover the N-substituted derivative of aspartame, drainage and the introduction of the dried substance in chewing gum. The method according to the third variant provides for the introduction of N-substituted derivative of aspartame in connection obvalivanie applied to the final chewing gum, and on the fourth draft of his introduction to the icing on the pellet chewing gum. The method according to the fifth variant provides for the mixing of N-substituted derivative of aspartame with filler, processing mixture and making chewing gum. In addition, the invention relates to chewing gum, obtained in accordance with these methods. The result is the regulation of the speed of release of sweeteners from chewing gum. 10 C. and 18 h.p. f-crystals, 7 PL.

Text OPI is about getting chewing gum, containing N-substituted derivative of aspartame, which is chosen from the group consisting of N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine-1-methylether; N-[N-[3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propyl]-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methylether and N-[N-(3-phenylpropyl)-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methylether; modified to control the rate of release of N-substituted derivative of aspartame, comprising: mixing an N-substituted derivative of aspartame with the modifying substance; introducing the mixture into the composition of a chewing gum while ensuring the content of N-substituted derivative of aspartame in chewing gum composition at a level from about 0.0001 to about 0.01 percent.

2. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that, as specified modifier substance use the encapsulating agent.

3. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the optionally N-substituted derivative of aspartame and the encapsulating agent is mixed with the solvent, and the resulting mixture before introduction into the chewing gum is subjected to drying.

12. The method according to p. 2, wherein the N-substituted derivative of aspartame mixed with molten encapsulating agent, and N-substituted derivative of aspartame encapsulate spray cooling with capability of changing the rate of release of N-substituted derivative of aspartame in chewing gum.

13. The method according to p. 12, wherein the encapsulating agent contains wax.

The method according to p. 2, wherein the N-substituted derivative of aspartame mixed with the polymer used as the encapsulating material, and the resulting mixture ekstragiruyut in fiber to encapsulate the N-substituted derivative of aspartame with capability of changing the rate of release of N-substituted derivative of aspartame in chewing gum.

15. The method according to p. 14, characterized in that the said polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl acetate, hydroxypropylcellulose, polyethylene and plastic polymers.

16. The method according to p. 1, wherein the N-substituted derivative of aspartame mixed with absorbent material used as the modifying agent.

17. A method of obtaining a chewing gum containing N-substituted p is, that]-L-phenylalanin-methylether;

N-[N-[3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propyl]-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine-1-methylether and

N-[N-(3-phenylpropyl)-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine-1-methylether, modified with the ability to control the rate of release of N-substituted derivative of aspartame, comprising: mixing an N-substituted derivative of aspartame with agglomerated substance and a solvent to partially cover the N-substituted derivative of aspartame; removing the solvent from a mixture of N-substituted derivative of aspartame and agglomerated substances to obtain a dried substance; and the introduction of the dried substance in a composition of a chewing gum with providing the content of N-substituted derivative of aspartame in chewing gum composition at a level from about 0.0001 to about 0.01%.

18. The method according to p. 17, characterized in that the content of coatings on sintered N-substituted derivative of aspartame support, at least about 5%.

19. The method according to p. 17, characterized in that the content of coatings on sintered N-substituted derivative of aspartame support, at least about 15%.

21. The method of obtaining chewing gum, characterized in that the chewing gum contains an N-substituted derivative of aspartame, which is chosen from the group consisting of:

N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methylether;

N-[N-[3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propyl]-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine-1-methylether and

N-[N-(3-phenylpropyl)-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methylether,

and that is part of the connection obvalivanie applied to the final chewing gum, ensuring the content in the chewing gum composition at a level from about 0.0001 to about 0.01%.

22. The method of obtaining chewing gum, characterized in that the chewing gum contains an N-substituted derivative of aspartame, which is chosen from the group consisting of:

N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanin-methylether;

N-[N-[3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propyl]-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine-1-methylether and

N-[N-(3-phenylpropyl)-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methylether,

and that is part of the glaze on the pellet chewing resisitence of 0.01%.

23. A method of obtaining a chewing gum containing a physically-modified N-substituted derivative of aspartame to control the speed of release of N-substituted derivative of aspartame, which is chosen from the group consisting of:

N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine-1-methylether;

N-[N-[3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propyl]-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanin-methylether and

N-[N-(3-phenylpropyl)-L--aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine-1-methylether, comprising: mixing an N-substituted derivative of aspartame with filler added to increase the weight; processing the mixture of N-substituted derivative of aspartame and filler added to increase the weight, so to change the rate of release from chewing gum N-substituted derivative of aspartame and filler added to increase the weight; and the introduction of processed mixture in the composition of chewing gum to ensure that the content of N-substituted derivative of aspartame in chewing gum composition at a level from about 0.0001 to about 0.01 percent.
