A machine for processing banknotes has a supply part for identification of the customer and for receiving banknotes invested by the client outside of the machine. This unit consists of a storage device 14, device 17 laying and block 18 of the package.

The way in which the process unit 12 controls the passage of banknotes in different parts of the channel 13 transport to appropriate destination using selectors channel, detectors, etc. known in the art, so its detailed description is not given here.

Any suspicious banknotes taken into account in the detection device 11, can be transported, for example, the device 16 styling, and in block 18 of the packaging, where they are packaged together with automatically printed receipt indicating the number of banknotes, date, etc. as well as information relating to the client, putting banknotes, for example through the medium of account number. It provides a study of the source of such false or suspicious banknotes.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, automatic teller machine contains mechanism for receiving objects being deposited. Objects being deposited may be inserted into teller machine in envelopes, which are firstly dispensed to the user from the envelope storage area in teller machine by a transportation device and then dispensed to the user through an aperture. The device for storage and dispensing of envelopes only gives one envelope to a user. Then the user may place deposited objects into dispensed envelope. Deposited objects pass through an aperture and are positioned in container for deposits.
