The invention relates to a quick coupling device designed to fasten attachments, such as a bucket on the end of a working arm of a loader or similar machine.

In a known manner such high-speed connection unit contains two different parts, the first of which is rigidly attached to the working arm of the machine and forms the body of the gear, while the second part, which has the ability to interact with the first part, is an element of a modification of such attachments or may be formed by a special piece attached on the attachments.

The existing state of the art in this area can be illustrated by the connecting device described in U.S. patent No. 4836741, the first of which represents the hooks forming the lodgement, is able to capture a shaft mounted on the second part of the rotation of the first part is set to the matching bearings placed on this part, and bearings provided on this device, equipment, and connection obstavlyaem not a satisfactory technical solution since in this case the driver of the vehicle must leave the cabin and down to earth. Thus, the connection of the mounted equipment with lever machines is not automatic.

The connecting device described in French patent application No. 2641343, you can provide automatic engagement. For this purpose, this device uses a sleeve that is cut in the longitudinal direction under the action of spring turns and closes the lodgement mounted on the first part, when locking the axle installed on the attachments. This connecting device is complex mechanism and it does not provide means for selecting the gaps among the various members of contact between the parts.

The connecting device described in European patent application No. 0438931 And eliminates the disadvantages inherent in the above-mentioned devices. This device is distinguished by the use of a rotary Cam which automatically retracted during rotation of the first part forming the body of the gear, and are the focus with the axis lock, installed on the attachments.

Plate lock can be installed with the possibility of moving it under a force in the direction of the axis of the hinged connection of the first part with the end of the boom.

The device may have means for holding the plates lock in its cocked position. Quick-coupling device shown in Fig.1, contains two parts 1, 2. The first part 1, which forms the body of the gear, pivotally connected by a pin 3 with the end of the boom 4 excavator or loader, and it has the ability to rotate around this axis under the concerted action of the two levers 5, 6, driven by a piston rod 7 of a conventional hydraulic power cylinder.

The second part 2 is fixed on the attachments 8, representing in this case the bucket.

In accordance with another variant of realization of the bodies forming the second part may constitute an integral part of this attachment.

In the most simple variant of realization of the second part 2 is made in view of the part having the form of a bracket and secured in its middle part on the surface 8A of this attachment. Both branches of the brackets are connected by a pin 9, and its middle part is uhodit in the direction opposite with respect to axis 9.

The first part 1, forming the body of the mesh contains lodgement 13, forming a hook, and provides for the raising of this wall-mounted equipment, the axis 9 which is located in the cradle, as shown in Fig. 8.

In accordance with one possible implementation of the present invention, the first part 1 is made essentially in the form of staples through the lateral branch which passes, in particular, the axis 3.

The middle part 1A part 1 contains the cutout 14, through which can pass the item 10 during the rotation of this part 1 of the body around the axis 3.

In this implementation, the upper portion of the part 10 forms a stop 15 that can, in his meeting with the swing finger 16 to release the plate 17 of the lock, which is able to slide on the middle part of the first part 1 in order to come under the ledge 12.

In accordance with one possible implementation plate 17 includes a neck 18, which can essentially be flush with the recess 14 in the case when the plate 17 is in its “cocked” position, i.e. the position, in particular, is schematically shown in Fig. 2.

The process of engagement in this case is as follows.

The resulting displacement of the boom 4 and the piston rod 7 capture attachments 8 and raise it to translate in the position shown in Fig. 6.

The ledge 12 includes at its end inclined surface 25. During the rotational movement of the first part 1 of the upper part of the inclined surface 25 comes into contact with the edge 26 of the recess 18 of the plate of the lock and moves the plate, opposing force, which acts on the plate, in particular, in the direction shown by the arrow F2. The said finger lock can be replaced by a hydraulic power cylinder (not shown).

In the process of introducing these pins in the slots 28 of the lower finger 32, which has the appropriate size parameters, rests on the surface of the middle part 1A part 1.

When it becomes clear that providing rotation of the handle 30 in the direction shown by the arrow F3, can result in the movement of the plate 17, which is moved in the direction shown by the arrow F2.

In accordance with the proposed invention also provides means intended to counteract the formation of gaps between parts 1, 2 and compensate for these gaps when they occur.

In accordance with a variant implementation of the invention, as schematically shown in Fig. 15 referred to the adapter contains two edges 34 perpendicular to the axis 9, and the surface 35 of these edges machined in such a way as to be in the shape of the letter V. the Middle part of the body gearing includes a plate 36, the surface 37 which score is when the two parts 1, 2 come into contact with each other, the first part 1 is still fixed in the transverse direction relative to the second part 2, and Vice versa.

In accordance with the invention the middle part 1A contains on its surface, which rests against the plate 17 of the lock, a small stop 38, which is pressed end 17A mentioned plate under the action of springs 19 in the case when it is provided, in essence, matching notches 14 and 18.

In this embodiment, the implementation of the said spring also perform the function of the pressing plate 17 to part 1A, and only one pair of rails 22, as shown in Fig.16 and 17, in this case, useful. Here there is a significant gap between the guide and the upper part of this plate 17.

The upper portion of the part 10 opposite to the protrusion 12, contains the ledge 39.

In the case when asanam arrow F1, the end 17A of the plate lock meets on his way ledge 39, causing uplift. Indeed, the plate 17 is slightly rotated in the reverse direction, abutting the edge portion 1A and flexing every spring 19 in the plane of its longitudinal axis. To facilitate the transition plate 17 from its position shown in Fig. 17, in the position shown in Fig. 16, the stop 38 includes behind his support surface 38 and the inclined surface 38b.

A set of hand tools, described above with reference to Fig. 10 - 14 and designed to unlock this device, gearing, can also be used in regard to the implementation shown in Fig. 16 and 17, and noted that in this case, the finger 31 is pivotally secured to the handle 30.

Claims

1. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to working members of earth-moving machines used simultaneously for loosening and removing higher strength particles, for instance, soil, show and ice, from road pavements, street roads, etc. Proposed device contains ripper-pick secured on traction frame, for instance, by means of articulated joint. Said ripper-pick can be lowered and lifted by means of hydraulic cylinders. Motor grader blade on slewing circle is attached also to traction frame. Moreover, device contains bulldozer blade mounted in front on standard hitch. Ripper-pick is located between bulldozer and motor grader blades.

EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of earth moving machine.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: snap-change device for fixation and forced leading, with automatic connection of tools with force closure to bearing implements and excavators includes one part of snap-change device, for instance fixture, where aligning disks are attached on fishing pins or in comparable centre of rotation across their axis. Aligning disks, at least partially, have curved, angular or straight peripheral line, which is distanced differently from axis of fishing pins. On mating part of snap-change device, for instance tool holder, there is at least one control plate attached, which enters zone of aligning disk motion, and curved peripheral line of aligning disk moves along its surface in process of entering. Shape and location of aligning disk relative to control plate are selected with the possibility of complete force or geometrical closure of snap-change device due to rotation around fishing pins only when they have achieved the lowest point in fishing hook.

EFFECT: prevention of warp or inclined position of snap-change device, damages in process of connection.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: multifunctional excavator bulldoser comprises equipment of hydraulic mobile crane, which includes control unit with pump-control set connected to hydraulic units by means of pipeline, hydraulic, telescopic boom connected to platform by means of hinge and moving mechanism. Additional steering circle coupled with some suspended equipment is arranged at the end of boom, and this equipment includes: bulldoser mouldboard, excavator bucket, grab, vibro-driver, with mount feet and cross beams, set of equipment for timber procurement, cutter drum, roller for elimination of antipersonnel mines, with smooth and cam rolls, with plough, harrow, harvester, mower and cocker. Additional steering circle is connected to boom by means of hinged joint and moving mechanism. Platform contains beam, at the ends of which there are lifts fixed with support platforms, reservoirs for fuel and lubricants and working fluid. Platform is arranged on support-steering circle, which rests on flooring, on which ballast and hydraulic propeller are installed, and hydraulic propeller comprises "П"-shaped beam, inside of which there are rolled beams with slot for rollers fixed on walls of "П"-shaped beam. Ends of rolled beams are connected to stems of double-sided hydraulic cylinder, body of which is fixed in walls of "П"-shaped beam. Rolled beams are connected to drilling ring, lower rim of which is equipped with cutting tool.

EFFECT: combination of works performance with motion of installation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rig-down operations, for example, destruction of concrete, reinforced concrete, stone structures, beds and reinforced concrete floors, etc, knock-out of metallurgical plant lining and cement works rotary kilns in radioactive, chemical and biological environments. Proposed machine comprises caterpillar chassis, rotary platform to turn about vertical axis, boom with working tool, hydraulic cylinders with thermal protection, heat-resistant hoses to feed oil to hydraulic cylinders and working tool, force air cooling system including compressed gas cylinder fitted in heat-resistant jacket, air valve, gas feed hose, heat-resistant jacket enveloping heat-resistant hoses, heat sensor arranged at heat-resistant hose and control device. Air valve is equipped with electric drive. Note here that control device input is connected to heat sensor while its output is connected to electric drive. Hose is used to feed compressed gas to heat-resistant jacket.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is intended to be used in construction, agriculture development and in some other branches of national economy where different types of attached operating equipment are used, including those for working as a bulldozer and excavator, a mobile building crane with mounting slings and cross bars, a loader with grabs of any type, for drilling of pilot holes in frozen soil and ramming of piles in them by the same silent pile driver, rural road soil stabilisation by the mixture with cement, wood harvesting, rotary tillage of black earth for crops, working as a mowing machine and a haystacker. The technical result consists in simple design, multifunctionality and combination of works performance with the movement of the installation. The undercarriage base for attached implements comprises the hydraulic truck crane equipment including a control unit with a pump-regulating unit coupled with the hydraulic units by a pipeline of the tank for operating liquid and POL, a motor, a platform, a hydraulic crane boom, an auxiliary swivel circle connected to the hydraulic crane boom by a hinge and a travelling mechanism, a slewing ring, a site area, a double-end hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic hoist, it is distinguished for the fact that the said hydraulic hoists are fixed in the shackles of the double-end hydraulic cylinder and rest against the swivel circle with crown bits, and the double-end hydraulic cylinder casing is fixed on the lower plane of the site area thrusting against spiked poles.

EFFECT: invention offers great opportunities concerned with the organisation of rent stations, mechanised stations to develop farm enterprises and small towns of Russia.

FIELD: medicine, life-saving equipment.

SUBSTANCE: refers to equipment for saving the people under collapsed structures. Concrete is destructed fast by section, extension, and cyclic actions. Mechanisms are equipped by powerful reciprocating cyclic hydraulic actuators for column concrete jacking, crushing and wedging and reinforcement stripping by reinforce cutters, e.g. friction disks. A bulldozer blade is equipped with steel durable horns and a pair of powerful hydraulic mountings. A jib-type crane has three telescopic levers mounted on the vehicle. One of the telescopic crane levers is provided with a riveting brace and a powerful pulsating jack actuating a steel hydraulic tooth, whereas the second one has a hydraulic claw. The bulldozer is driven to a collapsed structure. That is followed by anchoring the bulldozer; the longitudinal horn travel is actuated, and sliding along the ground bed pushes the horn by the pulsating jack underneath the collapsed column. Cyclic oil feed into the hydraulic mountings is actuated, and the collapsed column is lifted 1 or 2 metres higher. The lever with the hydraulic claw is led to the column; a shaft is gripped tightly; the collapsed column shaft concrete is crushed in the cyclic mode for the reinforcement stripping. As may be required, remote control enables leading the second lever to the column; the riveting brace is put on the column shaft; the hydraulic tooth is actuated to pulsate by remote control to crush the concrete. The third lever is led to the stripped reinforcement. One of the devices is used to cut the stripped reinforcement with securing the column shaft not to fall down with the hydraulic claw. The cycles are repeated with the second column end gripped by the collapsed structure; the separated piece of the structure is removed and taken away from the obstruction site to the dumping ground or onto the vehicle; then the cycles are repeated, and the obstruction site is cleared by removing all the collapsed structures.
