Device for the recovery of tendon or ligament (options)

 

The invention relates to the field of surgery, namely the restoration of broken or damaged otherwise tendons or ligaments. The device comprises an elongated element, working in tension and having a length that allows this element to pass from inside the inner part of the tendon or ligament, as well as the first anchor retainer having an inner space with an inner surface configured to insert it into the tendon or ligament. In one embodiment, the device comprises a first retaining element located in the inner space of the first anchor retainer so that the fibers of the tendon or ligament captured compressed between the first retaining element and the inner surface of the first anchor retainer. In another embodiment, the device includes a support tabs, which are coiled and wound in different directions. The technical result - the device uses the strength inherent in the fibers of the tendon, but allows flexion tendon during movement through the shell, in addition, the device prevents the formation of gaps and breaks during physiotherapeutic procedures and remains VLY, 74 ill.

Claims

1. Device for the recovery of the tendon or ligament, containing elongated element, working in tension and having a length that allows this element to pass from inside the inner part of the tendon or ligament, the first anchor retainer having an inner space with an inner surface configured to insert it into the tendon or ligament, characterized in that the first retaining element is located in the inner space of the first anchor retainer so that the fibers of the tendon or ligament captured compressed between the first retaining element and the inner surface of the first anchor retainer.

2. The device according to p. 1, wherein the first anchor retainer is spiral.

3. The device under item 1 or 2, characterized in that the first bearing retainer attached to the elongated element, working in tension, so as to allow movement along the elongated element, working on stretching.

4. Device according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the first choice is atora for holding the fibers between the first retaining element and the first spiral support hook.

5. Device according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the outer surface of the first retaining element is designed for intermittent retention of fibers between the first retaining element and the first spiral support hook.

6. Device according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that it includes a support clamp bones attached to the elongated element, working on stretching.

11. Device according to any one of paragraphs.7-10, characterized in that the first or second abutment retainer contains a helically wound wire.

13. Device according to any one of paragraphs.7-12, characterized in that the outer surface of the first and second restraint elements are made discontinuous in order to facilitate the retention of the fibers between the first and second holding element and the first or second anchor retainer.

14. Device according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the first or second abutment retainer has a drive portion at one end for coupling with a tool to enter the reference in the release of the tendon or ligament.

15. Device according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the adhesion between the first or the second retaining element and the first or second anchor retainer causes the capture fibers between element of the corresponding reference locations.

16. Device according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the first or second anchor retainer is one of the two vzaimoponimania spiral anchor clips.

Device for the recovery of the tendon or ligament, containing elongated element, working on stretching and completed with passing inside the tendon or ligament, and the support tabs are made with such configuration that allows insertion into the inner part of the tendon or ligament, characterized in that the supporting tabs are coiled and wound in different directions.
