The invention relates to prosthetic dentistry, in particular to compositions used for forming the elastic lining layer in the manufacture of dentures.

Under unfavorable anatomical and topographical conditions of the prosthetic bed - severe atrophy of the alveolar ridge, the presence of sharp bone edges and exostosis, thinning malopodatliva mucosa, and increased pain sensitivity using prostheses with hard bases becomes difficult or completely impossible. The disadvantages of the known compositions should include a low adhesion to the hard base of the denture (1.9 kg/cm) and low tensile strength (up to 12 kg/cm2).

Known closest to the claimed composition for forming the elastic lining layer basis removable dental prosthesis containing a diisocyanate with a content of NCO-groups 3,7-5,5, polynuclear alcohol and dibutyltindilaurate tin as a catalyst (U.S. Pat. USA 4024636, MCI And 61 With 13/00, publ. 1977).

As the diisocyanate known composition contains 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane, isophorondiisocyanate, hexamethylenediisocyanate, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,6-hexadienal, xylylenediisocyanate, "dumerili' -diisocyanate, methylcyclohexylamine and the product of the interaction of 3 mol of hexamethylenediisocyanate 1 molv a period of not less than 3 hours, and special conditions of storage under dry nitrogen in special containers.

The invention solves the problem of creating a composition for forming a backing layer with high strength and adhesion to the rigid prosthetic base.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the composition for forming a lining layer basis removable dentures containing polyisocyanate, oligopolistic alcohol and catalyst, as MDI contains oligoalkylation content PSO-groups 4,8-25,8 Catalyst - 0,04-0,1 as oligoadenylate the composition may contain oligotetramethyleneglycol (TU-38.103-137-78), or a mixture of oligoethyleneoxysilfonate Trevor-based oligopolisation and oligopolisation.

As oligopolization alcohol composition may contain oligoamenorrhea with molecular weight of 500 (Laprol 503, THE-6-05-1679-83), or oligoamenorrhea with molecular weight of 370 (Laprol 373, TU-6-05-221-831-85)) or oligoamenorrhea with molecular weight of 500 (Laprol 502, THE-6-05-18-54-78).

As the catalyst composition may contain dibutyltindilaurate or octoate tin. If you need a colored elastic layer composition may contain a colorant, such as pigment red 5S (TU 6-14-588-79) in an amount of 0.0001-0,00015 wt.h., i.e. traces.

The results of preliminary clinical trials of the material obtained nenene in prosthetic dentistry, namely, as underlayment for manufacturing two-layer basis.

The invention is illustrated by examples.

Example 1.

To 100 g of warmed up to the 40oWith oligotetramethyleneglycol (NCO= 5,6%) add a solution of 0.04 g of octoate tin 22.2 g oligoamenorrhea. The content is stirred under vacuum for 20 seconds, then poured into a cuvette and thermostatic 90oC for 2 hours.

1. The composition for forming a lining layer basis removable dentures containing polyisocyanate, oligopolistic alcohol and a catalyst, characterized in that as MDI composition contains oligoethyleneoxysilfonate with a content of NCO-groups of 5.6-6.8 per cent, in the following ratio, wt.h:

The catalyst 0,04-0,1
