Anhydrous stable concentrate and method thereof

 

The invention relates to the field of chemical protection of plants and can be used to obtain remedies in the form of anhydrous stable concentrate and its use for pest control. Anhydrous concentrate contains from 50 to 700 g/l of one or more active compounds from 50 to 700 g/l of one or more adjuvants, from 75 to 500 g/l of one or more organic solvents, at least one dispersant. Dispersant from the group comprising up to 150 g/l of one or more nonionic dispersant or from 5 to 150 g/l of one or more anionic dispersant. Anhydrous stable concentrate contains optional up to 100 g/l of one or more thickeners. The method of obtaining the concentrate includes pnevmoraspyleniem from 50 to 400 g/l of one or more active compounds optionally in the presence of one or more anionic dispersant and/or grinding additives and mixing of all components in solvent. The use of the invention allows to obtain a higher drug activity in the anhydrous form of suspension concentrate. 2 S. and 11 C.p. f-crystals, 10 PL.

2. Stable concentrate on p. 1, which indicated active compounds for crop protection (a) contain at least one triazolopyrimidine formula I

in which R1and R2each independently represent hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, quinil, alkadienes, haloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl, bicycloalkyl or heterocyclic group, or

R1and R2together with the adjacent nitrogen atom represent an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring;

R3represents a halogen atom or alkyl or CNS group;

n is an integer from 0 to 5;

Hal represents a halogen atom.

3. Stable concentrate on p. 1, wherein said adjuvant (b) contains compounds having from 2 to 20 CNS groups containing 2-6 carbon atoms.

5. Stable concentrate on p. 3, wherein said adjuvant (b) is chosen from the group comprising polyalkoxysiloxanes alcohols, amines and triglycerides.

6. Stable concentrate on p. 5, wherein said adjuvant (b) contains two or more polyalkoxysiloxanes derivatives, one of which is polyalkoxysiloxanes the triglyceride.

7. Stable concentrate on p. 1, in which the ratio of these active compounds for crop protection (a) to the specified adjuvant (b) is from 1:100 to 1:1.

8. Stable concentrate on p. 7, in which the aforementioned ratio is from 1:10 to 1:1.

9. Stable concentrate on p. 1, in which the solvent is chosen from the group comprising aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, ancillotti, glycols and esters of vegetable oils, and mixtures thereof.

10. Stable concentrate on p. 1, in which the non-ionic dispersant (d) is polyoxyethylene fatty acid.

11. Stable concentrate on p. 1 in which the anionic dispersant (d) is a sulfonate of an alkaline or alkaline earth metal.

12. Stable concentrate on p. 1 in which the thickener (s) is organogeny.

13. The method of obtaining a stable of ITA's agricultural crops (a) optionally in the presence of one or more anionic dispersant (d), and/or grinding of the additive; and (b) mixing all of the components (a)-(C), (d) and/or (d) and optionally (e) in a solvent.
