(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely the composition of drilling fluids intended for dissection of productive formations with low reservoir, drilling of wells with the selection of the evaluation of core material, as well as for plugging oil and gas wells. The technical result - the high structural stability and mechanical properties, filtrated and viscosity during extended use solution, a high percentage of recovery of core. The drilling fluid is oil-based, including oil, distillation residues of synthetic fatty acids KOSIK, sodium hydroxide and the filler contains as barite weighting agent and/or chalk and additionally structure-former - bitumen construction and paraffin in the following ratio, wt.%: bitumen construction - 5,0-10,0, paraffin - 1,5-2,0, KOSIK - 1,0-1,5, sodium hydroxide and 0.7, barite and/or chalk - 20,0-35,0, oil - else. table 1.

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely the composition of drilling fluids intended for dissection of productive formations with low reservoir, drilling otherway a solution of a hydrocarbon-based compound composition, containing as structure-forming additives alkylbenzenesulfonate calcium, isobutyl alcohol and clay (see and.with. The USSR № 1108097, CL 09 To 7/06,1984).

The disadvantage of this mud are high viscous and structural and rheological properties, structuring in the drilling process, unnecessary consumption of materials and reagents for the regulation of the parameters of the solution.

The current level of technology known drilling fluid is oil-based, including oil or diesel oil, salt magnesium chloride water, hydrochlorid magnesium, oligoethoxichlorsiloxane, KOSIK, sodium hydroxide and weighting (see and.with. 1383774).

A disadvantage of the known drilling mud are high values of viscosity and structural-rheological properties, growth in the drilling process due to accumulation in the solution of drilling cuttings, and poor aggregate stability and stability inherent in the emulsion solution (treatment phase).

The present invention is effective in reducing the viscosity properties of the drilling fluid hydrocarbon-based, slowing down or complete stopping the growth of structural and rheological properties of a CR solution hydrocarbon-based, including oil, distillation residues of synthetic fatty acids (COSIC), sodium hydroxide and the filler contains as barite weighting agent and/or chalk and additionally structure-former - bitumen construction and paraffin in the following ratio, wt.%:

Bitumen construction 5,0-10,0

Paraffin 1,5-2,0

KOSIK 1,0-1,5

Sodium hydroxide 0,7

Barite and/or chalk 20,0-35,0

Oil the Rest

From the patent and scientific literature we are not aware of drilling muds containing the combination of the above components in the proposed quality ratio, which allows to make a conclusion about the novelty of the claimed technical solution.

Paraffin bitumen in this solution are builders. Being a low molecular weight oil refining products they give a solution of low viscosity and structural and rheological properties. They not only provide the necessary levels of viscosity and static shear stress, but also slow their growth in enrichment mud drilled rock. This prevents uncontrolled increase of the structural and rheological properties of the solution in the process of the application solution for savings on reagents, included in its composition.

The current level of technology we do not know what components are included in the proposed mud in this combination, provide the above properties, which allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed technical solutions to the criterion of “inventive step”.

The method of preparation of the drilling fluid hydrocarbon based in the laboratory as follows.

A measured amount of oil in a heat resistant glass, placed in a water bath, heated to 70-75°C under stirring with a stirrer. Then with a small interval in 5-10 minutes, add the crushed asphalt construction and paraffin. The mixture is stirred for about 30 minutes at a constant temperature of 70-75°C, then add KOSIK and continue to mix for another 15 minutes. Saponification KOSIK produced by adding a calculated quantity of 48% aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide under stirring for 15 minutes. To weight solution add barite or chalk and stirred for further 15 minutes.

The composition and properties of oil-based solutions presented in the table.

As can be seen from the data while it is in a suspended state for drilling.

Well the solution is prepared as follows.

The oil that is in the tank, equipped with a stirrer and proabortion, pre-heated to 75-80°C, pumped into the tank with a volume of 6 m3equipped with proabortion, tied with milling and jet mill. Here through the mill to enter the estimated amount of the powdered bitumen and paraffin. The mixture is stirred for 30-40 minutes, enter the distillation residues of synthetic carboxylic fatty acids (COSGC). After stirring for 15 minutes the solution is injected estimated number of 48% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. While maintaining the temperature of the mixture to about 75°C. while stirring for 20 minutes is the saponification KOSIK. Then, the solution is pumped into the tank unit preparation of solutions. Similarly prepares the following described portions of a solution hydrocarbon-based and store it in tanks block preparation and storage solutions.

Before drilling unit preparation and storage solution is pumped in pump-accumulator block and through the eductor funnel weight barite or chalk to the required density.

A solution of hydrocarbon-based proposed SIL-Western Siberia”. Tests showed high structural stability and mechanical properties, filtrated and viscosity during extended use solution, a high percentage of recovery of core (95-98 %), meets all the requirements of the evaluation cores.
