The invention can be used in the lines of electric-welding machines and the production of pipes and thin-walled cylindrical shells of polymers. The machine consists of a set on the frame bracket with a finger and the cutting carriage and the mechanism of its movement. The latter consists of a rack-and-pinion, overrunning clutch and coil springs, located in the outer coupling half overrunning clutch. One end of the coil spring is fixed on the inner surface of the said coupling and the other on the finger bracket. The external coupling made in one piece with the toothed crown gear-rack and pinion, and the internal coupling overrunning clutch mounted on the shaft of a drive motor. The invention allows to simplify the mechanism for moving the carriage, and reduce the metal and eliminate the need for reversing the movement of the drive motor. 3 Il.

The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of the transfer mechanism, a large metal content, as well as the need for reversing the movement of the drive motor.

The objective of the invention is to simplify the mechanism for moving the carriage, a decrease of metal and eliminate the need to have a reverse movement of the drive motor.

This object is achieved in that the machine tool for cutting continuously moving pipe and shell-to-length harvesting, containing a frame with rails, the cutting carriage, mechanism for moving the carriage, made in the form of a gear-rack and pinion, new is the fact that the mechanism for moving the carriage made in the form of overrunning clutch, external coupling which, which is the one with a ring gear, is a spiral spring, one end of which is fixed to the inner surface of the coupling, and the other on the fixed finger of the bracket mounted on the frame, when this internal coupling the shaft of a drive motor.

The technical result consists in the simplification of the mechanism for moving the carriage, reducing the metal, eliminating the need for reversing the movement of the drive motor.
