Setup works as follows.

To keep a long shafts 9 with the desired angles of inclination to the horizon are the Central mast, consisting of four uprights 31, rigidly connected with the rotary water conveyance around 28 and a horizontal bar 13 that is located parallel to the movement of the installation (Fig.3b,C). On the front and rear ends of the horizontal beams 13 are installed on the pair of pulleys 14, through which are passed the traction rope guy 15 connecting long trunks 9 with two pairs of hydraulic cylinders 16 and the levers 32. To protect the long pipe 9 from possible damage during operation and during storage are supporting the arc 20.
