The invention relates to plastic materials and, in particular, can be used as a sealing material for a water seal between movable relative to each other surfaces, for example, between the piston and the cylinder for sealing the pressure vessel, for repairing cracks casings and other products in the oil and gas, chemical and other industries. The composition produced by the claimed method can also be used for cleaning pipelines from sand and other impurities and for repairing cracks of buildings and asphalt pavements. The invention consists in the choice of the chemical composition, which would satisfy the following parameters: operating temperature range (-50)-(+120)oWith pressure drops up to 250 ATM., insolubility in water, oil and its derivatives, resistance to acids, saving viscoplastic properties for a long time, re-usability in some cases, toxicity. This object is achieved due to the fact that visco-plastic composition is prepared from chloroprene rubber, magnetite and butyl rubber, which is dissolved in ethyl acetate and treated with the type of carbon-graphite mixture, which consists of fine activated carbon, fine graphite and carbon black, and at the same time with iodine in the mixture add the glycerin.

The composition is prepared preliminary dissolving polyacrylamide, followed by the introduction into the solution of bichromate of an alkali metal and a reducing agent. The composition has a high viscosity and adjustable curing time in the temperature interval from 20 to 90oC.

Known carbon viscoelastic mass for the petroleum and chemical industry [2] , which is obtained from the modified chloroprene rubber, fluorine 65-92 wt.%; modified fluorine activated carbon 32,5 to 5.5 wt. % by adding a phenol-formaldehyde resin-2 wt.% and aliphatic and naphthenic hydrocarbons of 0.5 wt.%.

The disadvantage of this mass is not sufficiently wide operating temperature range, which severely limits its scope, but also because of the high percentage of activated charcoal conductivity mass 1/R large enough. This factor limits its application in the areas of electric grids and other electric equipment.

The known composition of the working environment of the trap borehole pump [3], the technical essence is the closest to the invention. The basis of the working environment is a polychloroprene rubber 60-70%, it added to the magnetite 5-7% in the form of colloidal particles with a diameter of 5-10 nm, and fine-grained graphite 28-18% and the rest rosin. The essence of the claimed technical solution is reduced to a method for viscoplastic part of multi-purpose use by the interaction of chloroprene rubber and magnetite, which 30-55 wt.% chloroprene rubber is dissolved in an excess of ethyl acetate, and then add 0.5 to 3 wt.% magnetite and 40-65 wt.% butyl rubber. Process the mixture for two to three hours at a temperature of 60-80oWith atomic oxygen, and then modify 0.5 to 1.5 wt. % iodine with simultaneous addition of 0.1-0.5 wt.% glycerin and add 0.5 to 4 wt.% carbon-graphite mixture consisting of 15-40 wt.% fine activated plagiat at a temperature of 18-20oWith to complete the polymerization process.

Viscoplastic properties of the polymer can be set by varying the percentage content of iodine, butyl rubber and carbon-graphite mixture. The correct preparation viscoplastic polymer is controlled with chemical methods of analysis and with the help of theoretical calculations.

Thus, the technical solution according to the present invention allows the use of visco-plastic part not only in the hostile conditions of oil production due to the absence of an alkaline environment, does not limit its use in areas with the presence of electrical equipment due to low content of activated carbon, and also allows you to use it for cleaning pipelines for reliable sealing of cracks in tanks, buildings, asphalt pavement, as seals between moving surfaces.
