The invention relates to the oil industry and is designed to regulate the flow of fluid in the system for maintaining reservoir pressure at the injection well under the regulation of the flow rate of injected water. Provides a simplified design, a smooth increase of the flow rate of fluid when the clogging of the gaps and the possibility backwashing these clearances while spouting wells. The inventive spring fitting includes a body, an adjusting screw. According to the invention the casing is made in the form of a helical tension spring, closed on one side by the door. The closest present invention is the device according to the patent of Russian Federation № 2173768. The device is equipped with a reinforced perpendicular to the axis of the flow channel housing a flat plate with a hole and a flat slide on the adjusting screw with notches can be moved along the die, and the slider has a hole with a diameter increasing in arithmetical progression from 6 mm to 14 mm in the direction of the adjusting screw.

A disadvantage of the known device is the design complexity, the inability to smoothly regulate the flow through the holes of the slide and clean the holes with dirt.

The technical task of the invention is to simplify the design, a smooth increase of the flow rate (recovery rate)) when plugging gaps, and the ability backwashing these clearances while spouting well.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in the spring fitting, comprising a casing, an adjusting screw according to the invention the casing is made in the form of a helical spring renosto forced stretching and opening between the coils of the spiral spring gap for the flow or backwash gaps.

The features of the invention:

1) spring fitting includes a body, an adjusting screw;

2) the case is made in the form of a helical tension spring;

3) the spring with one end closed by a plug;

4) adjusting screw is installed in the cavity of the spring with the possibility of forced stretching of the spring;

5) the adjustment screw is installed in the cavity of the spring opening between the coils of the spiral spring gap for the flow or backwash gaps.

The essence of the invention is as follows: the adjusting screw in the cavity of the tension spring (compressed in a normal state to a dense ground loops) presses on the cover and overcomes the spring force. In the spring stretched between the coils of the spring spiral opens a gap for the flow.

The drawing shows a section of a spring fitting. The fitting includes a housing in the form of a tension spring 1. A helical tension spring 1 is made according to GOST 13771-86. The spring may be cylindrical or conical and made of cor cavity. The adjusting screw 3 is installed in the cavity of the spring with the possibility of forced stretching and opening between the coils of the spiral spring gap for the flow (arrows) and backwashing gaps.

The device operates as follows. Turning the handwheel, move the adjusting screw 3, which pushes (stretches) spring 1 and opens the spiral gap between the coils of the spring to supply water from the cavity of the spring. The pressure on the mouth, set the required flow rate of injected water.

At lower pressure (water flow), i.e. clogging of the gaps between the coils of the spring 1, rigged the adjusting screw 3 to restore the pressure (flow rate of injected water). After stopping the injection of water into the borehole adjusting screw 3 open the spring 1 to the maximum value for backwashing (mode spouting wells) inter-turn gaps from dirt.

The simplicity of the device causes the cheapness in manufacture and reliable in operation.
