Claims

1. The receptor protein of the VIP3 class, encoded by the DNA sequence presented in SEQ ID NO:8, or a DNA sequence, which hybridizes with the specified one.

2. The receptor for p. 1, including toxic domain and repeated EGF-motive.

3. The receptor for p. 1, having the sequence represented in SEQ ID NO:9.

4. The DNA sequence presented in SEQ ID NO:8, or a sequence of DNA hybridization with the above, which encodes the receptor protein of the VIP3 class.

5. The method of detection or selection of homologues of the receptor protein of the VIP3 class or DNA sequence, which encodes the receptor protein of the VIP3 class, including: (a) detecting hybridization with the DNA of an organism and selection for hybridization of the gene from the specified body; or (b) obtaining a DNA sample from the body using primers for DNA sequence under item 4, the product of the reaction and isolation of DNA sequences encoding the receptor protein of the VIP3 class of the specified organism.
