The method of obtaining trimethylsilyl esters of hydroxyl-containing compounds

Describes how to obtain trimethylsilyl esters of ecdysteroids and carbohydrates by interacting with trimethylsilyloxy agent, namely, that as trimethylsilyloxy reagent used (trifluoromethyl)-trimethylsilane in the amount of 1-3 mol.EQ. for each hydroxyl group of the substrate and the reaction is carried out in the presence of a catalyst - tetrabutylammonium at a temperature of 0-25oFor 2-30 min, followed by separation of the target compounds. The technical result is to simplify the method and to increase the yield of the final product.
