Describes complexes of pagandom with rare-earth elements of the General formula Me(NO3)3LmH2O, where Me - ion rare earth element (lanthanide) cerium subgroup of atomic number 57 to 60; L is a ligand - RO (CH2CH2O)nN, where R is H, CH3or C2H5, n is an integer 2, 3 or 4, m is 0, 1, 2, showing reparative properties, method for their production and pharmaceutical composition for the local treatment of the wound healing process, which includes the wound defect of the skin and mucous membranes of various localization regardless of etiology at all stages of wound healing. 4 C. and 13 C.p. f-crystals, 6 PL.

Claims

1. Complexes of pagandom rare earth elements, the General formula

where Me denotes a rare earth element ion (lanthanide) cerium subgroup with atomnim number 57-60;

L denotes a ligand - RO(CH2CH2O)nH, in which R

Deputy H, CH3or2H5and n is an integer equal to 2 or 3, or 4;

2. Complexes of pagandom under item 1, in which the ligands are triethylene glycol, or tetraethylene glycol, or ethylcarbitol.

3. Complexes of pagandom on PP.1 and 2, in which Me is a lanthanum ion.

4. Complexes of pagandom on PP.1 and 2, in which Me is a cerium ion.

5. Complexes of pagandom on PP.1 and 2, in which Me is a praseodymium ion.

6. Complexes of pagandom on PP.1 and 2, in which Me is a neodymium ion.

7. The method of obtaining complexes of pagandom with rare-earth elements of the General formula (I) under item 1, which consists in the fact that the corresponding ligand under item 1 and nitrate of rare earth element cerium subgroup on p. 1 interact in equimolar amounts at room temperature.

8. The method according to p. 7, wherein the process is carried out in a solvent.

9. The method according to PP.7 and 8, characterized in that the solvent used acetonitrile or an excess of ligand.

10. The way to get the assistance of a solution containing a complex of the General formula (I) under item 1, for the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of wound healing, namely, that the ligand and the nitrate of rare earth element interact in excess ligand at a temperature of 40-50the rare earth elements of the General formula, specified in paragraph 1, or a mixture thereof, or an auxiliary solution containing said complexes under item 10 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

12. The pharmaceutical composition according to p. 11, in which the specified media is selected from a biologically inert water-soluble hydrophilic compounds, mainly organic solvents.

13. The pharmaceutical composition according to paragraphs.10, 11, which further includes in the safe and effective amount of the potentiating agent.

14. The pharmaceutical composition according to any one of paragraphs.10-13, characterized in that the wound process includes the wound defect of the skin and mucous membranes of various localization regardless of etiology at all stages of the wound healing process.

15. The pharmaceutical composition according to any one of paragraphs.10-13, characterized in that the wound defect of the skin and mucous membranes, subject to treatment, is selected from thermal, chemical, radiation skin burns of any degree on a limited area during any of the three stages of healing from any burns of the mucous membrane.

16. The pharmaceutical composition according to any one of paragraphs.10-13, characterized in that the wound defect of the skin selected from trophic ulcers, purulent wounds, postoperative wounds, eczema, dermatitis and dermatosis, from bacterial vaginosis cervicitis.

17. The pharmaceutical composition according to any one of paragraphs.10-13 for the prevention and treatment of early and late radiation reactions, and skin damage after irradiation.
