Anchor hitch

 

The invention relates to the field of transport engineering, in particular for the coupling of the towing vehicle (passenger car) with the cart. Anchor hitch is made in the form of a U-shaped rack, the free ends of which are connected coaxially spaced transverse joints with the lower part of the body of the tractor between the front and rear axles of the wheels. The Central crossbar of the U-shaped rack is connected by a longitudinal joint with the end of the king pin mounted in the sleeve, mounted vertical on the front of the body of the wagon. For installation on different height of the body of Prime ends of U-shaped racks are adjustable in length. To prevent folding when braking the vehicle is equipped with an inertial braking device, to which the fastening sleeve is made with transverse joints. Widely known different reference coupling, connecting the semitrailer to the tractor, which is used passenger car. To reduce this effect, the dimensions of the trailer in the zone of the support-coupling device has a spherical shape (see German patent DE 4031869, CL 62 D 53/06, IMS 8 - 1993, S. 9), and the body of the car is made, respectively, in the form of a hollow sphere. The disadvantage of this design is the limited use of the semi-trailer, only with a special car, which plays the role of Prime mover.

The closest analogue is the trailer (see application France 265606, CL 62 D 63/08, IMS 4 - 1992, S. 41), equipped with a combined means of attaching and centering.

Due to the large length and high centre of gravity, large trailers are inclined to the longitudinal swinging, so there is one hitch is located at the rear of the car, below the top level of the wheel, and transmits mainly traction load, which excludes the effect of "high nose". Vertigo axles front and rear wheels on the roof of the tractor car.

The main disadvantage of this device is the design complexity and low reliability in icing conditions the longitudinal guides of the upper coupling devices, jamming of the slide with the subsequent destruction of the roof of the truck.

Technical problem on which this invention is directed, is to develop a robust universal anchor hitch, working in all weather conditions.

The technical result of the proposed use of the invention is to improve reliability of the device and extend its scope. The means to achieve the technical result consists in the fact that in the known reference-coupling device containing a Prime mover, coupled with the carriage, and mechanism for coupling and transfer vertical loads from the front of the body of the cart to the tractor over it, located between the front and rear axles of the tractor wheels, and clutch mechanism and the traction transmission overloads from the cart to the tractor below the upper level of the wheels, these mechanisms made in the form of covering the body of the tractor U-shaped rack, the free ends of which are connected coaxially location is the center of the crossbar of the U-shaped rack is connected by a longitudinal joint with the end of the king pin, installed in the sleeve, mounted vertically on the front of the body of the wagon. Anchor hitch, containing the Prime mover, coupled with the carriage, mechanism for gripping and transferring vertical loads from the front of the body of the cart to the tractor over it, located between the front and rear axles of the tractor and the mechanism of adhesion and traction transmission overloads from the cart to the tractor below the upper level of the wheels, characterized in that the arrangements made in the form of covering the body of the tractor U-shaped rack, the free ends of which are connected coaxially spaced transverse joints with the lower part of the body of the tractor between the front and rear axles of the wheels, this entrepreneu vertically on the front of the body of the wagon.

Proposed heavy trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer provided with bogie movable in longitudinal plane with safety bar rigidly secured on frame. Bogie engages with frame of semitrailer through rods and compression springs. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is installed on frame of semitrailer in space between rods and parallel to said rods. Piston of hydraulic cylinder consists of two halves spring-loaded relative to each other and is rigidly coupled by rod with frame of bogie. Radial through channels are made in housing of hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal plane in overpiston space. Said channels have different diameter in length of hydraulic cylinder and are coupled by common pipeline with channel made in housing in hydraulic cylinder in its underpiston space. Said channel is closed by one of halves of said piston at all running, braking and stand-still modes of trailer-train with possibility of opening at impact load on safety bar of bogie.
