The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used as a source of chaotic electromagnetic waves. Technical result achieved - ensuring the measurement of the voltage across the capacitor without fundamental changes in the electric circuit of the device when connecting the input impedance of the measuring device. The generator of chaotic oscillations contains a device with negative conductivity, a parallel resonant circuit with a negative impedance, a resistor and a capacitor, with a working area of the current-voltage curve of the device with negative conductivity defined by the given equation. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 6 ill.

Claims

1. The generator of chaotic oscillations containing the device with negative conductivity, the first output of which is connected to the first output of the first capacitor, characterized in that it introduced a parallel resonant circuit with a negative impedance and the first resistor, the first conclusions of which is connected to the second output of the first capacitor, the second terminal of the first resistor , output parallel resonant circuit with a negative impedance, with a working area of the current-voltage curve of the device with negative conductivity is defined by the equation

where i is the current flowing between the terminals on the unit with negative conductivity under the action of applied thereto voltages;

R is the resistance of the first resistor;

U0- boundary voltage between the middle and side sections of the current-voltage characteristics;

a and b are constants, satisfying the relations a < -1, b > 0.

2. The generator of chaotic oscillations under item 1, characterized in that the device with negative conductivity contains the first current generator, the output of which is connected with the first findings of the second and third resistors, the second terminal of the second resistor is connected to the first output device with negative conductivity and the base and collector of the first transistor, the emitter of which is connected to the collector of the second transistor and the base of the third transistor, the collector of which is connected to the base of the second transistor and the emitter of the fourth transistor, the base and the collector of which is connected to the second output device with negative conductivity and with the second output of the third resistor, the emitters of the second and trestlework connected to the output of the second current generator, a parallel resonant circuit with a negative impedance includes an inductance and a second capacitor, the first conclusions of which is connected to the emitter of the fifth transistor, the collector of which is connected to the base of the sixth transistor and the emitter of the seventh transistor, the base and the collector of which is connected with the first output of the parallel oscillating circuit with a negative impedance and with a shared bus, the second the conclusions of the inductor and a second capacitor connected to the output of the third current generator and emitter of the sixth transistor, the collector of which is connected to the base of the fifth transistor and the emitter of the eighth transistor, the base and collector of which is connected to the second output of the parallel oscillating circuit with a negative impedance and the output of the fourth current generator common bus of the first and fourth current generators are connected with the first power bus, the common bus of the second and third current generators are connected with the second power bus.
