Way to remove excess dye from printed or dyed fabric or yarn

 

The invention relates to the field of dyeing and finishing production and, in particular, to a method for removal of excess dye from printed or dyed fabric or yarn, comprising processing a rinsing solution containing at least one enzyme exhibiting peroxidase or LACCASO activity, in a concentration of 0.005 to 5 mg protein enzyme per 1 l of a solution for rinsing, oxidizing agent, mediator - 1-hydroxybenzotriazole in a concentration of from 1 μm to 1 mm and, optionally, additives. We also offer a system for removal of excess dye from printed or dyed fabric or yarn and composition for its preparation. The invention facilitates the removal of excess dye from printed or dyed fabric or yarn without bleaching dyed or printed fabrics. 3 C. and 24 C.p. f-crystals.

Claims

1. Way to remove excess dye with fresh printed or dyed fabric or yarn, comprising processing a rinsing solution comprising at least one enzyme selected from the group consisting of enzymes, showing peroxisomal and the mediator, which is used as 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, with the specified mediator is present in the rinsing solution in a concentration of from 1 μm to 1 mm, and, optionally, additives.

The method according to p. 1, in which the enzyme is laccase (EC 1.10.3.2), catecholamines (EC 1.10.3.1), bilirubinemia (EC 1.3.3.5), peroxidase (EC 1.11.1.7), or haloperoxidase such as chlorhydroxide (EC 1.11.1.10), or any derived fragment exhibiting enzymatic activity, or synthetic or semi-synthetic derivatives.

3. The method according to p. 2, in which the peroxidase is obtained from a strain of Coprinus, or soy.

4. The method according to p. 2, wherein the laccase is obtained from strains Fomes, Trametes, Rhizoctonia, Coprinus, Myceliophtora, Schytalidium or Polyporus.

5. The method according to any of the preceding paragraphs, in which the amount of enzyme is preferably from 0.02 to 2 mg protein enzyme per 1 liter mouthwash, more preferably from 0.05 to 1 mg protein enzyme per 1 liter mouthwash.

6. The method according to any of the preceding paragraphs, in which the oxidizing agent is the source of H2About2.

7. The method according to p. 6, in which the source of the H2O2is hydrogen peroxide, perborate, percarbonate, persulfate, peroxocarbonate acid Renteria H2O2is from 0.01 to 50 mm, preferably from 0.1 to 5 mm.

9. The method according to any of paragraphs.1-5, in which the oxidizing agent is the source O2.

10. The method according to p. 9, in which the source of the O2is the air clean O2or enzyme system that generates O2.

11. The method according to any of the preceding paragraphs, in which the concentration of the mediator in the rinsing solution is from 10 μm to 0.5 mm.

12. The method according to any of the preceding paragraphs, in which additives are surface-active substances and/or means for conditioning the water.

13. The method according to any of the preceding paragraphs, in which the dye or gasket is a reactive dye.

14. System for removal of excess dye with fresh printed or dyed fabric or yarn, which is a multi-component system comprising at least one enzyme selected from the group consisting of enzymes exhibiting peroxidase or LACCASO activity, in a concentration of 0.005 to 5 mg protein enzyme per 1 liter mouthwash; optionally, an oxidant, and the mediator, which is used as 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, with the specified mediator of priscoline, and, optionally, additives.

System on p. 14, in which the enzyme is laccase (EC 1.10.3.2), catecholamines (EC 1.10.3.1), bilirubinemia (EC 1.3.3.5), peroxidase (EC 1.11.1.7), or haloperoxidase such as chlorhydroxide (EC 1.11.1.10), or any derived fragment exhibiting enzymatic activity, or synthetic or semi-synthetic derivatives.

16. The system under item 15, in which the peroxidase is obtained from a strain of Coprinus, or soy.

17. The system under item 15, in which the laccase is obtained from strains Fomes, Trametes, Rhizoctonia, Coprinus, Myceliophtora, Schytalidium or Polyporus.

18. System according to any one of paragraphs.14-17, in which the oxidizing agent is the source of H2O2.

19. The system under item 18, in which the source of H2O2is hydrogen peroxide, perborate, percarbonate, persulfate, peroxocarbonate acid or its salt, or an enzymatic system capable of generating hydrogen peroxide.
