The catalyst contains, Moo38-12%; Soo 2-4%; Al2About3- the rest. Technical result: the development of effective and economical method of Hydrotreating natural gas. table 2.

The invention relates to catalysis, in particular to methods of Hydrotreating natural gas from organic sulfur compounds.

Closest to the proposed invention to the technical essence and the achieved results is a method of Hydrotreating natural gas from organic sulfur compounds by hydrogenation to hydrogen sulphide (process hydrodesulphurization unit) in the presence of aluminoborosilicate catalyst, for example, AKM (TU 38.101194-77), containing not less than 12.0 percent Mo is the air traffic management of natural gas is carried out at a temperature 390-405oWith; the pressure of 3.6 to 3.8 or 3,8-4,6 MPa; flow rate feed 1000-2000 h-1and volume concentration of H2in the gas mixture fed to the Hydrotreating 10-11%.

The disadvantage of this method is hydrogenation of organic sulfur compounds at high temperatures and volume concentration of H2in the gas mixture, which leads to deterioration of the economic performance of the process [1].

The technical problem solved by the present invention is to develop an efficient and economical method of Hydrotreating natural gas from organic sulfur compounds.

This technical problem is solved by simplifying the technology hydrodesulphurization unit as by reducing the volume fraction of H2in the gas mixture, and by reducing the process temperature. This technical effect is achieved by using a more active impregnating aluminoborosilicate catalyst produced by the method of double impregnation of alumina media first with a solution of ammonium molybdate, and then a solution of nitrate of cobalt and containing 8-12% of Moo3; 2-4% COO; else - Al2About3. The process hydrodesulphurization unit to obtain a product that meets the standards on the content of croorganisms the 0-2000 h-1; volume concentration of hydrogen in the gas mixture 1-5%.

The hallmark of the invention in comparison with the prototype is the process hydrodesulphurization unit under the following process parameters: temperature - 330-380oWith the pressure - 3,0-4,5 MPa, space velocity feed - 1000-2000 h-1, the volume fraction of N2in the gas mixture - 1-5 vol.% in the presence of aluminoborosilicate catalyst produced by the method of double impregnation of alumina media first with a solution of ammonium molybdate, and then a solution of nitrate of cobalt and containing 8-12% of Moo3, 2-4% COO and the rest - Al2About3(PL.1).

The proposed set of features a method of Hydrotreating natural gas from organic sulfur compounds corresponds, according to the authors, the condition of patentability "inventive step" for the following reasons. From literature data on the date of application for the present invention it was not known that the proposed set of features leads to the solution of the above tasks. Namely, that the use of aluminoborosilicate catalyst produced by the method of double impregnation of alumina carrier, at first a solution s is real - Al2O3allows you to get natural gas containing organic sulfur sulfur is less than 0.5 mg/m3at the following process parameters: temperature - 330-380oWith the pressure - 3,0-4,5 MPa, space velocity feed - 1000-2000 h-1, the volume fraction of N2in the gas mixture - 1-5 vol.%.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples.

Example 1. Allocability the catalyst according to the method of impregnation can be obtained, for example, in the following way. 84 g of the alumina carrier is impregnated with a solution containing of 14.7 g of ammonium molybdate (NH4)6Mo7O244H2O. the Impregnated carrier is dried at 120oC for 6 h, and then impregnated with a solution containing 15.6 g cobalt nitrate Co(NO3)26N2O for 6 h and calcined at 550oC for 4 h

The composition of the obtained catalyst: 12% of Moo3, 4% COO and the rest of Al2About3.

Example 2. Analogously to example 1 obtained allocability the catalyst, after drying at 120oC for 6 h were additionally progulivali at 550oC for 4 h

The composition of the obtained catalyst: the n in the process hydrodesulphurization unit of natural gas, containing 10 mg/m3mercaptan sulfur, under the following conditions: t - 330oC, p - 3.0 MPa, v - 1000 h-1WithH2- 1 vol.% (mode 1).

Example 4. Obtained according to example 2 the catalyst was tested in the process hydrodesulphurization unit of natural gas containing 10 mg/m3mercaptan sulfur, under the following conditions: t - 380oS, R - 4.5 MPa, v - 2000 h-1WithH2- 5% vol. (mode 2).

Examples 5 and 6 (prototype). Industrial catalyst AKM (TU 38.101194-77) containing 12.5 per cent of Moo3, 4.1% of COO and the rest - Al2About3was tested in the process hydrodesulphurization unit of natural gas containing 10 mg/m3mercaptan sulfur, in modes 1 and 2, respectively.

The results of catalytic tests of the catalysts according to examples 3-6 are shown in table.2.

Presented in table.2 data shows that impregnation the catalysts obtained in examples 1 and 2, the conditions for the proposed method (examples 3 and 4) provide product that meets the standards on the content of mercaptan sulfur (less than 0.5 mg/m3), whereas under similar conditions the catalyst AKM used in the method according to the prototype, shows lower activity and do not provide the required standards for the content of mercaptan sulfur (Primero process gases.
