The invention relates to the field of complex granular phosphate fertilizers with micro and macro elements. The method consists in the fact that the phosphate ore is crushed to a particle size of 1-10 μm and treated with an aqueous solution of bischofite in an amount of 0.1-25%, and granulating and drying the fertilizer is carried out at 10-250oC. the Method allows to obtain a complex Mg-containing phosphate fertilizer with macro - and micronutrients, with solid granules, to improve the content digestibility of phosphorus, which contributes to higher crop yields.

The closest analogue of the present invention, the set of essential characteristics is a method of obtaining compound fertilizers by grinding of phosphate rock, mixing the resulting phosphate with a solution of ammonium sulfate, granulating and drying fertilizer /3/.

However, the method has the following disadvantages:

- the process of obtaining fertilizer unproductive as viscous slurry should be stirred for from 0.5 to 3 hours;

the process requires additional energy, as mixing the slurry with a heated in the range of 50-90oC;

for long - time stirring of the slurry and heating to 80-90oWith possible partial decomposition of ammonium sulfate

- no fertilizer trace elements required for normal growth of plants and protect them from diseases and pests.

The aim of the invention is to obtain a complex granulated MD-containing f forms of phosphorus, reduction of consumption of phosphoric acid.

This objective is achieved in that the phosphate ore is crushed to a particle size of 1-10 μm and treated with an aqueous solution of bischofite in an amount of 0.1-25% granularit and dry fertilizer at 10-250oC. be analysed compositions containing an aqueous solution of bischofite and phosphorus-containing additive, or water-soluble polymer, or nitrogen-containing organic compound or inorganic salt in an amount of 0.1-25%, or complex compounds containing an aqueous solution of bischofite and the mixture fosforsoderzhashchie supplementation with a water-soluble polymer or nitrogen-containing organic compound or an inorganic salt in an amount of 0.1-25%.

The resulting mixture is stirred, granularit and dried at a temperature of 10-250oC.

The mixture is stirred, granularit, dried at a temperature of 150oC. the commercial Yield of 98%. The granule strength of 100 kgf/cm2. Crop yields when using Risofos increases to 70%, resistance to pests and diseases is increased to 25%. The content of available forms of phosphorus reaches 65-70%.

EXAMPLE 5.

100 g chopped fosforsoderzhashchie ore (1-10 μm) is treated with a composition (20%) containing an aqueous solution of bischofite Volgograd deposits and nitrogen-containing organic compound. The mixture is stirred, granularit, dried at a temperature of 250oC. the commercial Yield of 98%. The strength of granules 60 kgf/cm2. The yield is increased to 70%.

EXAMPLE 6.

100 g chopped fosforsoderzhashchie ore (1-10 μm) treated Costa supplements and nitrogen-containing organic compounds. The mixture is stirred, granularit, dried at a temperature of 50oC. the commercial Yield of 98%. The granule strength of 80 kgf/cm2. The content of available forms of phosphorus 70%. The mixture is stirred, granularit, dried at a temperature of 65oC. the commercial Yield of 98%. The granule strength of 50 kgf/cm2. The yield is increased to 70%.

EXAMPLE 8.

100 g chopped fosforsoderzhashchie ore (1-10 μm) is treated with a composition (25%) containing an aqueous solution of bischofite Volgograd Deposit and the mixture fosforsoderzhashchie additives and water-soluble polymer. The mixture is stirred, granularit, dried at a temperature of 65oC. the commercial Yield of 98%. The granule strength of 100 kgf/cm2. The content of available forms of phosphorus 70%. The yield is increased to 70%.

The proposed method allows to obtain a complex MD-containing phosphate fertilizer with macro - and microelements (Bishops), to obtain a solid granules (up to 100 kgf/cm2), has led the Institute contributes to the increase crop yields up to 60-70%, resistance to diseases and pests to 25%.
