The invention provides a simplification of processing of products by simplifying the process of preparation and use of an antiseptic.

A method of processing crop products before putting it into storage, providing for coating the surface of the liquid antiseptic in the form of propionic acid (Roslyakov, Y. F. This result is achieved in that in the method of processing of crop products before putting it into storage, providing for coating the surface of the liquid antiseptic, according to the invention as an antiseptic use a saturated aqueous solution of the drug obtained by sequential extraction of biomass micromycete Mortierella lignicola nonpolar solvent in the supercritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining the first extract from the solid residue.

We first established that the drug obtained from biomass micromycete Mortierella lignicola in the above-described technology, contains no toxic or anti-nutritional substances and can be used in the processing of food or feed raw materials.

The use of saturated water not only provides solubility prepared to the partial destruction of the microflora, in particular aerobic forms in the vegetative stage of development. Part of the preparation of the biomass micromycete Mortierella lignicola are arachidonic and eicosapentaenoic acid and chitosan, providing immunization plants, and does not include inhibitors of these substances or any phototoxic substances that can worsen the conditions of storage of plant products.

Experiments have shown that when implementing the proposed method and the closest analogue losses during storage of wheat and oats, potatoes, carrots, beets, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, pears, grapes, quinces, cherries, sweet cherries and black currants are practically identical.

Thus, the proposed method allows to simplify the technology of processing of crop products before putting it into storage.
