Part of the preparation of the biomass micromycete Mortierella lignicola are arachidonic and eicosapentaenoic acid and chitosan, providing immunization plants, and does not include inhibitors of these substances or any phototoxic substances that can worsen the conditions of storage of plant products. Experiments have shown that when implementing the proposed method and the closest analogue losses during storage of wheat and oats, potatoes, carrots, beets, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, pears, grapes, quinces, cherries, sweet cherries and black currants are practically identical. Thus, the proposed method allows to simplify the technology of processing of crop products before putting it into storage.
