The proposed composition includes the following components:

1. Polyvinyl chloride suspension of PVC-SM and PVC SM according to GOST 14332-78.

2. As the plasticizer used: dioctylphthalate (DOP) according to GOST 8728-88; a mixture of dioxane high-boiling alcohols and their esters with the number of hydroxyl groups 23-36% (ADOS) TU 2493-003-13004749-95.

3.
