Claims

1. Arylamide acetoacetic acid of General formula

where R is hydrogen or one or more substituents from the group comprising From1-C4alkyl, C1-C4alkoxy and halogen,

in the form of a solidified melt with a moisture content in the range of 5 to 15 wt.%, technically applicable and easy to use form.

2. Arylamide acetoacetic acid under item 1 in the form of flakes obtained spray crystallize the 0.3 - 0.8 kg/liter

4. Anilide acetoacetic acid as ariled acetoacetic acid according to any one of paragraphs.1-3 with a melting point of 50 to 70C.

5. o-Anisidin acetoacetic acid as ariled acetoacetic acid according to any one of paragraphs.1-3 with a moisture content of 12 wt.% and a melting point of 50 to 80C.

6. o-Toluidin acetoacetic acid as ariled acetoacetic acid according to any one of paragraphs.1-3 with a melting point 80 - 100C.

7. m-Xylidide acetoacetic acid as ariled acetoacetic acid according to any one of paragraphs.1-3 with a moisture content of 12 wt.% and a melting point of 65 to 85C.

8. o-Chloranilide acetoacetic acid as ariled acetoacetic acid according to any one of paragraphs.1-3 with a moisture content of 12 wt.% and a melting point of from 75 to 95C.

9. Ability acetoacetic acid according to any one of paragraphs.1-8, obtained by reaction of diketene with the appropriate aromatic amine in the presence of water or aqueous solutions, and the reaction is carried out in such a way that the resulting ariled acetoacetic acid is formed in the form of a melt, the melt by the end of the reaction is separated from the reaction medium at the reaction temperature and after cooling is transferred to technically applicable and convenient for using maticheskim an amine in the presence of aqueous mother liquor, consisting of at least 80 wt.% from the water, and diketene and aromatic amine in dosed quantities simultaneously added to circulating in the tubular reactor stock solution in such a way as to maintain a reaction temperature of 50 to 100C., the mother solution after the reaction is separated at the same temperature 50 to 100C and return in a tubular reactor, and the resulting melt ariled acetoacetic acid to a temperature of 50 - 100C then cooled and transferred to a technically applicable and easy to use form.

11.
