The method of preparation of a catalyst to obtain alkenylacyl and the catalyst prepared in this way

The invention relates to a method for preparing a catalyst which comprises a noble metal and a metal, which is the promoter of catalysis, in combination with the compound of the alkali or alkaline-earth metal deposited on the outer surface of the carrier. The claimed method of preparation involves the impregnation of the carrier with a solution containing a noble metal, which is the main catalyst in the oxidized state, and the metal, which is the promoter of catalysis, in the oxidized state, the recovery of metals in an oxidized state to a metallic state in the gas phase gaseous regenerating agent at a temperature of 100-300oC, a pressure of from 0.14 to 0,49 MPa, and then soaking the recovered carrier with a solution of compounds of alkali or alkaline-earth metal. The catalyst containing metal component supported on a carrier prepared by the method of this invention has a large surface area and exhibits high catalytic activity, leading to increased catalytic efficiency and increased service life of this heterogeneous catalyst. The catalyst prepared according to this invention, is suitable. C. and 8 C.p. f-crystals, 1 table.
