The invention relates to an improved method for producing a detergent in the form of a gel and can be used for cleaning sanitary products, boiler equipment, domestic and industrial premises. This method lies in the fact that preparing an aqueous solution containing sodium hypochlorite, n-Las sodium, N-amine oxide and sodium silicate, and then added to a solution of hydrochloric acid until a pH value of 10.9-of 11.15, and the process is carried out at 20-40oWith the following ratio of components, wt. %: sodium hypochlorite 5-10, n-Las sodium 10-26, N-oxide amine 1-2, sodium silicate 4-8, water to 100. The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of cleaning agents containing in its composition hypochlorites of alkali metals, by giving him a gel-like form. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

The invention relates to an improved method for producing a detergent in the form of a gel and can be used for cleaning sanitary products, boiler equipment, domestic and industrial premises.

It is known that the most effective technical cleaners, disinfectants include hypochlorites TBA more cost effective than liquid cleaners because of their lower production losses. The most common thickening agents for detergents are water-soluble organic polymers. While these polymers, in particular cellulose derivatives, serve and antiresorption agents.

Feature cleaners on the basis of hypochlorites of alkali metals is their high pH value, as hypochlorites are the most stable in alkaline media at pH11 [(1) Chemical encyclopedia, so 3, page 355, M.: Izd-vo "BDT", 1992; (2) EN 2051958, 1996]. It is not possible to use an organic water-soluble polymers as thickeners in compositions containing hypochlorites of alkali metals, as their aqueous solutions lose viscosity due to the destruction of the higher structures of the polymers in alkaline medium, the molecules of the polymers undergo alkaline elimination and oxidative degradation. Therefore, the viscosity of compositions containing hypochlorites of alkali metals, does not exceed 50 cSt at room temperature [(2) EN 2051958, 1996].

Known detergents and cleaners, in which the alkaline medium is determined by adding the composition of the silicate of alkali metals. So, it is known liquid detergent with a pH of 9.5 to 10.5, which includes metasilicate sodium 5,0-the ATA alkali metal, which is pre-impregnated with water containing organic polymers [(4) EN 2172769, 2001]. However, the components of these detergents do not allow to include additional sodium hypochlorite in the first case due to the low pH of the solution, the second is due to the fact that the composition includes organic polymers.

Closest to the claimed method is to obtain a detergent containing as main components metasilicate sodium (20-30 wt. %) and sodium hypochlorite. In addition, the composition of the specified detergent comprises sodium hydroxide, sodium tetraborate, potassium bromide, sodium fluoride, exits and water [(5) SU 1325062 A1, 23.07.1987]. Thanks to the inclusion in the composition of sodium hydroxide in the amount of 2-4%, its pH is not at least 13.5. This ensures sufficient stability of sodium hypochlorite, however, the low viscosity of such a composition makes its use is not economical.

The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of cleaning agents containing in its composition hypochlorites of alkali metals, by giving the tool a gel-like form.

This goal is achieved by the fact that preparing an aqueous solution containing sodium hypochlorite, n-alkylester means 10,9-of 11.15. The components are taken in the ratio, wt.%: sodium hypochlorite 5-10, n-alkylbenzenesulfonic sodium 10-26, sodium silicate 4-10, N-oxide amine 1-2, the rest is water. The process is conducted at 20-40oC. Upon acidification means of hydrochloric acid to a pH of 10.9 11.4 in detergent from the liquid turns into a hard gel due to the fact that part of sodium silicate as a result of neutralization becomes silicic acid with its subsequent polymerization. The resulting silicic acid is not only a structuring agent, but also serves as resorcinol additive that prevents reverse remote deposition of contaminants. To enhance the cleaning effect means add finely dispersed additives, such as silicon dioxide. To accelerate cleaning products from a liquid to a gel, it is advisable to conduct it at a temperature of 20-40o(Table 1).

As follows from table 1, the optimum pH of the technical composition containing sodium silicate, which ensure the formation and stability of the gel with the simultaneous stability of sodium hypochlorite of 11.15 - 10,9. Above these values the time of gel formation at 20-40oWith too large, which makes the sentence on the rapid destruction of sodium hypochlorite. Below a pH of 10.9, the rate of decomposition of sodium hypochlorite in the finished product may take up to 0.1% per day, which limits the shelf life cleaning products.

After establishing the pH of the composition 10,9-of 11.15 in the composition in addition to the sodium hypochlorite may be included a variety of water-soluble and water-insoluble components, providing a cleaning tool more effective. General requirement to components - their stability at pH 11-11,5 and to the action of sodium hypochlorite.

A necessary component of cleaning products is surface-active substance (surfactant), which is adsorbed at interfaces. Upon receipt gel technical products containing sodium hypochlorite as the surfactant used n-alkylbenzenesulfonic sodium, because this compound is stable in an alkaline environment, is not oxidized by the hypochlorites of alkali metals and does not require additional supplements. The optimum amount of surfactant alkylbenzenesulfonate sodium 10-26%. The number of SAS below 10% leads to a larger flow of funds to the unit soiled area, more than 26% is economically inexpedient.

As the amplifier foaming using N-amine oxide Orit sodium losses in the detergent composition during long-term storage is minimal, warranty period of storage of the detergent for at least one year.

The optimum amount of sodium silicate in the composition of the gel technical cleaners 4-8 wt.%. Below 4% dramatically reduces the strength of the gel above 8% is not economically advisable.

In the period of time between the preparation of technical cleaners in the form of a solution with an appropriate pH and the beginning of the gelation viscosity increases from 1.25 -1,50 cSt to 55-70 FTAs (table 2). After gel formation, the system loses fluidity.

The gradual increase in the viscosity of the composition until the time of gelation (table 2) also allows us to introduce into the composition, if necessary, water-insoluble fine additives to enhance the cleaning effect. By the time of gelation, such supplements are suspended and remain uniformly distributed throughout the volume. Among such additives include fine silica, which may be included in the number of 25-60 g per 100 ml of liquid.

Technical cleaning agent in the form of a gel containing finely dispersed silicon dioxide, is designed to clean tough dirt, without silicon dioxide - which is by the following examples.

Example 1. Prepare a water solution containing 5% sodium hypochlorite, 18% n alkylbenzenesulfonate sodium, 1% N-amine oxide, 5% of sodium silicate, is titrated with hydrochloric acid to a pH of 10.9, mix and leave to complete gelation.

Example 2. Analogously to example 1 an aqueous solution containing 10% sodium hypochlorite, 26% n alkylbenzenesulfonate sodium, 2% N-amine oxide, 10% of sodium silicate, is titrated with hydrochloric acid to pH 11,05, mix and leave to complete gelation.

Example 3. Analogously to example 1 to prepare 100 ml of an aqueous solution containing 7% sodium hypochlorite, 10% n-alkylbenzenesulfonate sodium, 4% of sodium silicate, 2% N-amine oxide, the solution is titrated with hydrochloric acid to pH 11,10, mixed, incubated 15 hours at 20oWith add 25 g of fine silica, mixed and incubated until complete gelation.

Example 4. Analogously to example 3 in 100 ml of an aqueous solution containing 10% sodium hypochlorite, 15% n-alkylbenzenesulfonate sodium, 8% of sodium silicate, 2% N-amine oxide, is titrated with hydrochloric acid to a pH of 11.15, incubated 15 hours at 40oTo add 60 g of fine silica, mixed and incubated until complete gelation.

Comparative assessment of the economy is one of hydrochloric acid to a pH of 10.9-of 11.15, shows that non-productive losses of gel-forming means by 1-1 .5 orders of magnitude lower than liquid when used in the same conditions. In addition, the liquid cleaning agent is not effective enough to fight tough stains, in this case, the difference in technological efficiency is already several orders of magnitude.
