Composition for the manufacture of medical equipment

 

The invention relates to rubber industry and can be used for tubes of glass containers in the closure of infusion solutions, blood, blood products and medicines internal and external use. The composition comprises, by weight.h.: food NBR - 100, polyvinylchloride resin - 40-70, white carbon black is 10 to 20, the filler is chalk, lithopone, kaolin or talc - 20-60, the plasticizer is dioctylphthalate, dibutyl phthalate, dibutylsebacate - 20-40, zinc - 1-2, stearic acid and 0.5 to 2.5, sulfur - 1-2, thiuram D - 0,25-0,45, thiazole-MBT - 0,15-0,25, diphenylguanidine - 0,15-0,25. The technical result consists in decreasing the toxicity of the composition, the increasing tightness and durability. table 2.

The invention relates to rubber industry and can be used for the manufacture of medical equipment, in particular in the elastic polymer composition for tubes of glass containers for sealing infusion solutions, blood substitutes and medicines internal and external use.

Known composition for the manufacture of tubes based on butyl rubber black (see Methodological recommendations and guidelines for the organization, the m zinc white, filler, selected from a number of: carbon black, lithopone, chalk, talc, kaolin, food wax.

The disadvantages of this arrangement is the high toxicity and low hygienic properties of the composition due to high concentration of turama and Carcinogenicity of carbon black.

Also known composition based on natural rubber red or orange (see Methodological recommendations and guidelines for the organization, accounting and planning of the pharmacy. Vol. 1. M: all-Union information Bureau, 1986, S. 37), including sulfur, magnesium oxide, paternity antimony, factis dark.

The disadvantages of this arrangement is the low durability, suitable for capping medicines containing oxidizing agents, and drugs on the basis of mineral oils, turpentine and other organic solvents.

Closest to the technical essence and the achieved technical result is vulcanicola rubber mixture (see SU and.with. 896023 A, B 1 from 07.01.1982), including butadiene-nitrile rubber, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol.

The disadvantages of this vulkanizetas rubber compound is high toxicity, poor sanitary and GI is nedostatkov, increasing tightness and durability, reduction of toxicity, the possibility of closure of medicinal products based on mineral oils, turpentine and other organic solvents.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the composition contains as butadiene-nitrile rubber - food NBR, optional white carbon black, filler, selected from the set: chalk, lithopone, kaolin, talc, plasticizer selected from the series: dioctyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, dibutylsebacate and thiuram D, diphenyl-guanidine, stearic acid and the components of the composition are taken in the following ratio, wt.h.: Food NBR - 100,0 Resin PVC - of 40.0-70.0 White soot - 10,0-20,0 Specified filler - 20,0-60,0 Specified plasticizer - 20,0-40,0 zinc White - 1,0-2,0 stearic Acid and 0.5 to 2.5 Sulfur - 1,0-2,0 thiuram D - 0,25-0,45

Food nitrile butadiene rubber differs from the usual nitrile butadiene rubber that contains non-toxic, not carcinogenic stabilizers (antioxidants) phenolic type (BHT, antioxidants P-21, P-23).

Sosolevelpoint resin: 0; 40; 55; 70 wt.h. and 0 respectively; 10; 15; 20 wt.h. white soot.

Proposed according to the invention the composition is made by three-stage technologies in the closed rubber mixer.

In the first stage of mixing at a temperature of 160-180oWith the number of revolutions of the rotor - 40 rpm for 8-20 minutes of entering the butadiene-nitrile rubber, polyvinyl chloride resin and dioctylphthalate; next, the composition is prepared by conventional technology.

The second stage of mixing is carried out for 5 minutes at a temperature of 135-145oWith the number of revolutions of the rotor 30 rpm injected white carbon, chalk, zinc white, stearic acid, thiazole MBT, diphenylguanidine.

The third stage of mixing is carried out for 3 minutes at a temperature of - 100oWith the number of revolutions of the rotor - 20 rpm injected sulfur, thiuram D.

Then carry out the vulcanization of the composition and comparative testing of known and proposed composition.

Table 1 shows the formulations of known and proposed composition. Table 2 shows the results of the tests.

Results tables 1 and 2 show that the proposed according to the invention composition in comparison with the known provides products, a range of performance properties: reduction of toxicity and povyshenie to premature vulcanization.

Composition comprising a butadiene-nitrile rubber, polyvinylchloride resin, sulfur, zinc white, stearic acid, thiazole-MBT, characterized in that it contains as butadiene-nitrile rubber food NBR, optional white carbon, filler, selected from a number of chalk, lithopone, kaolin, talc, plasticizer, selected from a number of dioctylphthalate, dibutyl phthalate, dibutylsebacate and thiuram D, diphenylguanidine and components of the composition are taken in the following ratio, wt.h.:
