The invention relates to the transport industry, in particular to a device for shaking the body of a dump truck. Device to facilitate the unloading of the truck contains the lever 2 pivotally connected at one end with the bottom of the body 1 and the spring loaded thereto a leaf spring 6, the shock mass 5 mounted on the other end of the lever. On the frame with the opportunity to interact with the lever mounted gripping mechanism made in the form attached to the chassis still stand and G-shaped gripping claws, the associated lower end to the frame by means of hinge and spring-loaded to the rack by the spring tension. The interacting surface of the lever and the l-shaped gripping claws are made oblique. When unloading the body, turning drags leaf spring, increasing the force which overcomes the spring force of the tension bar, which leads to the release lever, which, turning, causes a dramatic impact by the weight of the body. The invention relates to the field of transport engineering, in particular to a device for shaking the body of a dump truck when unloading.

Known the spaced outer and inner housings and the piston rod, in the inner wall of the case is made rows of through holes, and the piston rod has a hollow chamber connected with newportnews the cylinder chamber through the check valve [1].

The known device is characterized by a lack of efficiency due to the inability to provide a sharp shock pulse that is required to clear truck body from adhering cargo.

It is also known a device for facilitating the unloading of the truck, containing mounted under the bottom of the body a source of oscillations including a driven drum motor mass and leaf spring, and a motor provided with lugs for engagement with the underside of the vehicle [2].

This device is characterized by a lack of efficiency due to the failure to report strong shock impulse to the bottom of the truck body to ensure the vanishing of the stuck cargo.

The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of purification of the body from adhering cargo.

The technical result in the device to facilitate unloading of the truck, containing mounted under the bottom of the body a source of fluctuations, including the impact mass and leaf spring, is achieved by the fact that it is provided with a lever and gripping me, shock weight secured to the other end of the lever, and a gripping mechanism mounted on the frame with the opportunity to interact with the lever and made in the form of struts and l-shaped gripping claws, while the strut is attached to the chassis motionless, gripping the paw is connected the lower end to the frame by means of hinge and spring-loaded to the rack by the spring tension, and the interacting surface of the lever and the l-shaped gripping claws are made oblique.

Device to facilitate the unloading of the truck contains installed under the bottom of the body 1, the lever 2, the hinge planted one end to the axle 3, connecting the frame 4 and the body 1 of the dump truck. At the free end of the lever 2 is fixed drum 5 weight. The lever 2 is spring-loaded to the underside of a leaf spring (such as spring sheet) 6. To the bottom of the body 1 in the area of contact with the impact mass 5 is welded reinforcement plate 7. On the frame 4 of the truck by a cross member 8 has a gripping mechanism comprising a fixed rack 9 and spring-loaded to it by the spring 10 strain l-shaped gripping paw 11 connected to the cross member 8 of the hinge. The upper ends of the article is to be a hook gripper legs 11 and interacting with it the surface of the lever 2.

Device to facilitate the unloading of the truck is as follows.

In the initial position the gripping mechanism is closed, and the lever 2 is located under the hook legs 11. During the unloading of the truck body 1 rises, turning on the axis 3 and pulling the leaf spring 6. As the lever 2 is held by the paw 11, the spring 6 is bent, and the force transmitted by it to the lever 2, increases. At the end of the lifting body 1, when the force reaches a maximum and will overcome the force of adhesion between the beveled surfaces of a hook legs 11 and lever 2, paw 11 departs from the rack 9, releasing the lever 2. As a result, the lever 2 is turned clockwise, causes the impact mass 5 and the plate 7 sharp and strong shock, contributing to the purification of the body 1 from adhering thereto cargo.

After unloading the body 1 is lowered and the lever 2 under the action of the mass of the body and due to the slanted gripping mechanism presses from the rack 9 paw 11 and occupies the former position. The working cycle is completed.
