In line with this, in cases where the degree of elasticity greater than that required, or when the resistance to stretching is less than that required, for example, tensile outer coating or tensile lining side of the body, should be made necessary modifications in relation to the respectively outer covering or lining for the body to ensure the required level of compliance and resistance to stretching.

As shown in Fig.2, the rear tie rod connecting elements 58, 60 are a continuation of the combination of the rear sheet 64 and the strip 68, facing the body, and forms folds between the absorbent core 70 and the outer surface 24. Educated folds allow stretching of the product 12 personal care in a cross-direction "C" without creating tension in the absorbent core 70 or gasket 68 facing the body.

The external coating 24 preferably contains a material progestagenic from the state of rest, at least in the transverse direction by an amount equal to at least approximately 30% of the total area of the surface part 14 of the articles 12 personal care. In some embodiments embodiment the outer coating 24 can elastically stretch in the front portion 14 and rear portion 18 of the articles 12 personal care. The outer cover 24 may also elastic to be stretched at least in one direction around the outer surface.

In other embodiments, the embodiment of the outer cover 24 may be elastically stretched in the transverse direction, and in the longitudinal direction "L". Gasket 68 facing the body, is used appropriately in order to help isolated from the skin of the user liquids contained in the absorbent core 70.

Various woven and nonwoven materials can be used to strip 68 facing the user's body. Absorbent core 70 when used in articles 12 personal care, in accordance with the present invention, can be manufactured from a wide variety of materials with a wide variety of sizes and shapes, such as rectangular, trapezoidal, T-shaped, I-shaped, hourglass-shaped, and so on, the Size and absorbent capacity of the absorbent core 70 may correspond to the size of the proposed polzovatel personal care.

Absorbent core 70 preferably contains a matrix of hydrophilic fibers, such as plexus of cellulose fluff, preferably in combination with the material of high absorbency, commonly known as ultra-absorbent material. Materials with a high degree of absorption can be an inorganic material such as silica gels, or organic compounds such as polymers with cross links. The term cross connection refers to any means for effectively imparting normally water-soluble materials, essentially water-insoluble properties, but with preservation of the properties of swelling, using what appear absorbent properties, the swollen material, essentially, is fixed after absorption of liquids based on water. Such means may include, for example, physical entanglement, crystalline domains, covalent bonds, ionic complexes and associations, hydrophilic associations such as compounds of hydrogen and hydrophobic Association or strength of van der Waals forces.

In Fig. 2 elastic elements 71 are positioned between and attached to at least the back sheet 64 or lining 68 facing the body, at least in the crotch area 22 products 12 personal care. In this regard, in the variant embodiment according to Fig.1 resistance to tension will be higher in the zone 40, passing along the length of the front part 14, which is located in close proximity to the front edge 16, and the resistance to stretching in the zones 48, 50, in which there has been embossed.

While the zones 48, 50 without stamping depicted as respectively defined area in the front portion 14 and rear portion 18 of the articles 12 personal care products, the entire surface of the outer cover 24, with the exception of the zones 40, 42, 44, 46 with embossing, can be considered as the second zone without stamping. Namely, in the preferred embodiments embodiment the outer coating 24 has no stamping at all locations, except for the stamping 34. Thus, with the exception of the panels 26, 28 capture and devices 30, 32 fastening, resistance to stretching, in General, is uniform over the entire surface of the outer cover 24. Therefore, when using zones 40, 42 with embossed into front and back parts 14, 18 article 12 personal care has greater resistance to stretching than any area without stamping or area located closer to the middle of them, and, therefore, they work as a front and rear section of the waist belt.

Similarly, zones 44, 46 with embossed located in close proximity to opposite edges 36, 38 in the part 22 of the perineum, provide a greater resistance to stretching than areas without stamping, located between the zones 44, 46 embossed in part 22 of the crotch. Therefore, when using zones 44, 46 with embossment more resistant to stretching than the area of personal care products 12 between zones 44, 46, and, thus, provide a better seal for the feet of Paul is approximately the same compliance value across the width of the part of the perineum.

In the variant embodiment shown in Fig.1, the outer layer 24, in essence, has no folds on the front edge 16 and the trailing edge 20. Any production
process requiring wrinkling of the outer coating 24 on the edges, would require the use of complex production process, which is not preferred for use with the present invention.

The resistance to stretching of different materials and areas will be better described in the following description, test materials, methods of stamping and testing procedures.

The tested MATERIALS
As samples in the test procedures were used the following materials.

1. Progestagenic sheet material, which contains layered material with relationships with narrowing (NBL), having two outer layers of reductive polypropylene nonwoven material, molded ejection is 20 grams per square meter on each outer layer. Elastomeric resin type METALLOCENETMwith a weight per unit area of 35 grams per square meter was the core of a three-layer composite laminate (NBL). Elastomeric resin type METALLOCENETMknown as the material brand Affinity 58380.00 supplied by the company Dawe Chemical Corporation, Midland, Michigan (Dow Chemical Corp. of Midland, Michigan). Two of the outer layer of the narrowed polypropylene nonwoven material formed by the ejection of high-speed flow of air, located on opposite sides of the elastomeric film core. Composite layered material has a total weight per unit area of 75 grams per square meter.

2. Tensile material contains narrowed polypropylene non-woven material obtained by the ejection of high-speed air flow, with the weight of the unit area 24 grams per square meter, which has an elongation of approximately 80% at a load of 20 grams per width of 1 inch (2.54 cm) of the test sample.

3. Inextensible material contains non-woven polypropylene material formed by the ejection of high-speed air flow, which consists of fiber size is 2.8-3.2 denier, which was formed in material, imately strips, which had a length of 25.4 cm (10 inches) and a width of 2.54 cm (1 inch).

EMBOSSED DESIGNS
Stamping test samples were made using the equipment for stamping, which was a device for ultrasonic connection Branson 85 Sonic Bonder, which had the console submersible type with a width of 0.75 inches (1.9 cm), length 8.0 inches (20.3 cm) and a power supply unit type Branson 1300 R, which is supplied by the company Branson Ultrasonics (Branson Ultrasonics), whose office is located in the city of Danbury, Connecticut (Danbury, CConnecticut). For stamping/linking all the testing materials you used the following settings: 70 psi (4.9 kg/cm2) (pressure), 85% (full power), 1.0 second (welding time), 2.0 seconds (hold time) and 7.5 speed release. In Fig.5 shows a top view of the working surface of a support 80 for ultrasonic welding submersible type, which has a number of contact strips 82 used with the device Branson Sonic Bonder. As shown in Fig.5, each strip 82 creating embossing, runs along the width of the support 80 ultrasonic welding. In the performed tests the width of the support 80 for ultrasonic welding runs along the width of the corresponding sample. Therefore, samples with embossed had elements of stamping in the form of lines or stripes running along the width of the sample material. Strips 82 contained 33.6% of area, width 19 millimeters (0.75 inches) and approximately 178 mm (7 inches) long, set of strips 82. This strips 82 condense approximately 33.6% of the surface area of the sample in contact within the contour of the set of strips. Approximately 3.2 mm of the sample material on both sides of the embossing pattern was free from stamping.

The TEST PROCEDURE
Tensile test was carried out by using a tensile tester Sintech Model M to the esota).

The test procedure used to determine the curves of tensile load-strain, namely the characteristic properties load/stretch materials, represented a modification of the test method D882 standard ASTM (Method of tensile test properties elongation of thin plastic sheets). The following modifications were made to the test procedures D882 standard ASTM:
1. Width of all samples was equal to 25.4 mm (1.0 inch).

2. The initial separation between the terminals of the test device was 76.2 mm (3.0 inches). Therefore, the length of the sample subjected to the test was 76.2 millimeter.

3. The speed of separation between the terminals of the test device was 50 mm/min for all samples.

4. When the samples were clamped in the clamps of the testing device under tensile load on the specimen, which was tested before the application of any tension by the movement of the clamps from each other, approximately 10 grams for all samples, except sample, which was obtained curve D load-strain. To the sample, which was the floor of the second load to the beginning of the movement was, in General, minor and was caused, largely, by tightening the clamps of the testing device.

5. Tensile test for each sample was stopped at a stretching approximately 60 mm for all samples, except sample, which was obtained curve D load-strain. Namely, the samples were stretched in length by approximately 180% of their original length. However, the elongation of the sample, which was obtained curve D load-tension, stopped at a stretching approximately 40 millimeters. In this sample, which was obtained curve D load-stretching, stretched to a length of about 152% of its original length.

The tests were carried out as follows. The strip or strips of material samples with dimensions of 2.54 cm (1.0 inch) to 25.4 cm (10.0 inches) was placed in the tester strain. The clamps were closed at the ends of the strips of material so that a 7.62 cm (3 inch) long strips of material was tested. Stretching along a 7.62 cm (3 inch) length was measured as a function of the elongation (in millimeters) from the amount of the applied force (in grams).

TEST RESULTS
On the panel, on which was embossed. The panel containing layered materials connected with narrowing, each of which includes a layer of material METALLOCENETMhaving the characteristics described previously. Embossing was applied to the panel in the unstretched condition. No other layers or materials not to be combined with the panel on which was embossed during the stamping or during the test. Therefore, the stamping 34 increases resistance to stretching zones with embossed relative to areas without stamping.

In Fig. 7 shows a second variant embodiment of the present invention. In this variant embodiment absorbing structure 52 (Fig.1) is replaced by a more conventional absorbent composition. Namely, the gasket 68 facing the body, the lining, facing toward the body so that the absorbent core 70 is located between them. The elements depicted in Fig. 7 have the same function, corresponding to the elements shown in Fig. 1. In addition, the elements depicted in Fig. 7, can be made of the same materials as previously described.

As shown in Fig. 8, the gasket 68 facing the body, and the outer covering 24 are usually held on the same length and have length and width dimensions which are generally larger than the dimensions of the absorbent core 70. As shown in Fig. 7, the gasket 68 facing the body, is associated with the entire surface of the outer cover 24 and, in fact, is superimposed on top of it, with the combination of external coatings and linings, facing the body, with the help of this mutually defines the outer perimeter of the product 12 personal care. Absorbent core 70, if needed, is located between the outer cover 24 and a gasket 68 facing the body, inward from the outer contour of the product 12 personal care.

As in the previously described variant embodiment, the outer layer 24 is preferably Progesteronum, at least in the transverse direction, at least in the front part 14. However, with the imposition of the surface on the outer surface 24 and thus, in General, is stretchable at least in the transverse direction, at least in the front part 14. This elongation of the strip 68, facing the body, is necessary to maintain tension of the front part 14, including the portion containing the absorbent core 70, at least in the transverse direction. This elongation of the strip 68, facing the body, may be a function of the elasticity of the material used in the lining facing the body, or may be a function of size, shape and/or physical structure of the lining facing the body.

The device 30, 32 of the fastening may be formed as an integral part of the outer cover 24 and/or strip 68 facing the body. This enabled devices 30, 32 consolidation reduces the number of elements required for the formation of the product 12 personal care.

In variants of the embodiment according to Fig.7-9, the gasket 68 facing the body, can be performed, for example, from non-woven, polypropylene material, formed by the ejection of high-speed air flow, which contains the fibers, which is formed of sheet material. This material can be krepelova or narrowed so that the material is, may also contain tensile layer, such as layered material, connected by stretching (SBL), which has an appropriate elasticity and width to create, in General, contact over the entire surface between, in General, the whole surface of the side facing the body, articles 12 personal care and body of the user. Tensile layer may be a tensile film of stretchable material, such as a layer of butylester copolymer or other elastic polymers or multiple strands of elastic material such as latex or LYCRAfor example, attached in an extended condition to a lesser extent tensile layer or fabric. Other materials having similar properties may also, alternatively, be formed integrally with the gasket 68 facing the body, or may be attached thereto in order to impart tensile properties. None of the materials, however, should not affect the soft texture of the strip 68, facing the body, which is in contact with the skin of the user.

In the variant embodiment shown in Fig.7-9, the outer layer 24 is typically attached embossed to seal 68, obra section include sealed region 78, 84. Compacted area 78 on the outer surface 24 directly correspond to the thickened areas described earlier in relation to the alternative embodiment depicted in Fig. 3 and 4. The layer formed by the ejection of high-speed air flow external cover 24, and the spacer 68, facing the body, fused in individual elements of the compacted layer, whereby the outer covering 24 precredits using heat and/or pressure, adhesives, such as adhesives, pressure-sensitive, can also be used to attach the outer cover 24 to seal 68 facing the body. In such embodiments, embodiments, it is not necessary to form recesses in the compacted areas 78, 84, as shown in Fig. 9. A variant of the embodiment shown in Fig.1, although not shown, may be in the area without stamping, similar in shape and size of the area 48 without stamping shown in Fig.7.

In practice, the resistance to stretching zone 40 is embossed in the front part 14 of the articles 12 personal care according to Fig.7 will be greater than the resistance to stretching zone 48, which is located closer to the middle zone 40 with embossing. Zone 44, 46 with embossing, thus, function as elastic members for the legs in that it provides a seal in the region of the user's legs, preventing, thus, leakage emissions from products 12 personal care. If zones 44, 46 would be performed without embossing, the magnitude of the effect of compaction would be reduced to a value which, perhaps, would be less than the nominal, and leaks in the area 22 of the perineum, in the immediate vicinity of the feet of the user, would be more likely.

TEST RESULTS
Higher values of resistance to tension zones 44, 46 with the lettering in relation to the zone 48 without stamping depicted in the graph shown in Fig.10. For the graph in Fig.10 were used materials of the tests and procedures described previously. In Fig. 12 shows a section of the zone 40 with an alternative embodiment of the present invention. The individual elements 34 stamping set, essentially, are located at equal distances between adjacent elements of the stamping. The elements 34 stamping can contain from about 5% to about 80% of the total surface area of the zones 40 42, 44, 46 with embossing. In other embodiments, the embodiment of the elements 34 stamping can contain from about 15% to about 60% of the total surface area embossed. Zones 40, 42, 44, 46 with embossed defined as the zone that contains the lettering, which affects the resistance to stretching of the outer cover 24. The zones 40, 42, 44, 46 with embossing can include areas without embossing and, thus, enable the outer cover 24, which are located in close proximity to the elements 34 with embossing, or region, located between closely spaced next to each other elements of the stamping. In a variant embodiment that was used to test samples described above, approximately 33.6% of areas with the lettering was done using physical embossed to another layer of material.

Zones 40, 42, 44, 46 with the lettering can be placed anywhere in the outer cover 24. In addition, only one zone 40 with the lettering must be present on the external surface 24. The sizes of the zones 40, 42, 44, 46 with the lettering in relation to the total size of the outer cover 24 is controlled by the magnitude of the resistance to stretching of the personal care products in areas with embossing, thus, the total resistance to stretching of the product 12 personal care. Zones 40, 42, 44, 46 with embossed typically contain from about 2% to about 50% of the total area, prefer what about the approximately 30% of the total area of the outer cover 24 or the corresponding panel.

In Fig. 13 depicts a third alternative embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment generally corresponds to the elements of the stamping shown in Fig.7. However, in this variant embodiment, the outer layer 24 has been pre-stretched before attaching to the strip 68 to the body.

As shown in Fig. 14, the preliminary stretching of the outer cover 24 before fixing the external coating on the gasket 68 facing the body, using the above-described embossing creates the education of some of the folds or pleats of the strip 68 facing the body.
