Colored chemical mnogomillionnoe fiber is intended for the production of business and securities are protected from tampering. Technical problem on which this invention is directed, is the creation of dyed fibers d and show protective properties on the length of 3-10 mm, i.e., this length must be multiple plots, painted in different colors, or areas of different sections, also painted in various colors. The manifestation of the distinctive features of the proposed colored chemical mnogochislennogo fiber, namely, the alternation of sections with different cross sections, painted in two or more colors, the length of the filament is 0.3 to 1.5 mm, is an important feature of this fiber and can be used for protection of special paper.

The original harsh or painted navatanee fiber, such as polyester, with a linear density of the filament is 0.5 to 2.0 dtex are pulling in several stages.

In the first stage, the thread is pulled in the tub with the adsorption-active medium (AAS) at room temperature in the presence of the dye, the concentration of the dye in the AAS is 1-5 wt.% depending on the desired intensity of color. Under this regime, stretching deformation of the polymer by his transition into a highly porous condition in which through the cross section of each filament fibers sprout microcracks. When this dye, in AAS, penetrates into the porous areas of the fiber.

For such color fibers can be used for virtually any water-soluble dyes, including dyes that glow under ultraviolet light (phosphors).

As AAS use saturated monohydroxy alcohols, glycol the fiber is washed, wring out and reach a common ratio of 1.5 to 5.0 times at a temperature of from room temperature to 100oS, which depends on the ratio of stretching.

When dotage fiber due to the lack of on its surface AAS deformation occurs with the formation of a neck.

Pores, which penetrated the dye, in the process of drying the fibers are closed and the dye is firmly fixed inside the fiber. Due to shrinkage plots fibers extending in AAS, formed on the surface of the folds (alternating cross-section), which provide a sufficiently high bonding strength with composition paper pulp. In Fig.1 and 2 they are marked with the letter "a".

The place where the neck is formed (Fig.1 and 2 plot "b"), has a color original newiterator fiber, and other areas - the color of the dye in the bath. Thus, if the original fiber was severe, the neck is not painted. If the original navatanee fiber was dyed, the obtained fiber has alternating sections, painted in two colors.

When receiving fiber, when the total extraction in two stages less than the limit (4,0-5,0-fold), the fiber filaments are periodically formed devicenote areas (areas "a" in Fig.2), which will be painted in the other is in the dye bath at a temperature of 60-90oC.

The bath composition and temperature is chosen depending on the dye and the type of the source fiber so that was painted only more loose devicenote areas.

So, for polyester fiber surface dyeing carried out with the addition of resorcinol at a temperature of 60-65oC. In this case, the obtained fiber has a length alternating sections, painted in three colors.

Declared fiber may contain alternating sections, painted in a greater number of contrasting colors (more than 3). In this case, increase the number of stages of extraction, each of which is carried out in the presence of AAS with different dyes, after the extraction of fiber.

Mnogomillionnoe dyed fiber according to the invention may be derived from polymers, such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.

The structure of the obtained fiber and color areas can clearly be seen using conventional optical instruments (magnifying glass, microscope) at 7-30-fold increase.

During operation of the paper with the inventive protective fibers does not occur leaching of the dye from the paper. This is confirmed by La 3 years, and the intensity of dyeing is not decreased.

The fiber obtained according to the invention, used in the manufacture of paper for special purposes.
