1. Substituted aminomethanesulfonic General formula (I)

where R1means a group NR6R7in which R6means alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms, and R7means hydrogen or alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms; alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms;

n means 0, 1 or 2, with the exception of the values 0 or 1 when R1means a group NRa;

R4means hydrogen or alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms;

one of the residues X and Y denotes alkyl with 1-3 carbon atoms, halogenated with 1-3 carbon atoms, alkoxy with 1-3 carbon atoms or halogenoalkanes with 1-3 carbon atoms and the other of the residues X and Y denotes alkyl with 1-3 carbon atoms, halogenated with 1-3 carbon atoms, alkoxy with 1-3 carbon atoms, halogenoalkanes with 1-3 carbon atoms, halogen, alkylamino or dialkylamino with 1-3 carbon atoms in each alkyl part,
